Chakra strings is a technique that uses chakra flow to control puppets and to make physical weapons to trap or attack targets. Sasori, Kankurō and the ANBU black ops member that fought Itachi when he was young are examples of that technique. Tomo leans more on using the chakra strings as weapons or traps instead of controlling puppets, though if she wanted to, she could. Personality: Tomo is a very casual person, she's usually very laid back and enjoys making jokes about any situation. She often gets called 'mummy ninja' because she wears so many bandage wrappings. Tomo comes off very serious but is all around lazy, she is often seen poking at others to get a reaction to cure her boredom. She's very focused in fights but if it takes too long she gets annoyed, Tomo enjoys messing around with her targets just to see if they get panicked or will fight back harder. Tomo is overall a very perfective and blunt person who will be loyal as long as you have something to offer her.
Likes: Being clean, doesn't mind being dirty, but really enjoys baths and showers. Likes small trinkets (small porcelain cats, birds, old books or jewelry), blankets, sweets (dango, ice-cream, hard candy) and knifes
Dislikes: Spicy food, long walks for any reason (likes missions or to get supplies), really loud crowds, animals in general (is very scared of animals), losing targets or failing missions

Family: Tomo is a descendent of the Otsutsuki Clan which is why she is so powerful in chakra techniques, Tomo was raised by what was left of the clan and has never really met her father or mother. Overall, she was only interested in honoring her clan. Making them proud by achieving power, Tomo eventually got bored and began to travel making a name for herself.
Currently -
Tomo currently resides with the Akatsuki. After taking a job for a hit on Konan and going after her Tomo becomes impressed with her fighting skills and power, Tomo backs down and offers a meal to Konan as a sign of respect. Konan agrees and convinces Tomo to join the Akatsuki to further reach the goal of "peace" even though Tomo just agrees to see to powers of strong ninja and finally belong somewhere.
