STANLEYS POV

I was on my to the quarry to visit my girlfriend y/n. Y/n and I have been dating for 2 years and we couldn't be anymore happy! As I made my may to the to the top of the familiar cliff I noticed y/n sitting on the edge and something was in her hand. When I took a closer look I realized that it was a cigarette something I never thought she would be holding.

I went up behind y/n and tapped her on the shoulder she jumped Slightly turned around and had a scared expression on her face "Oh h-h-hi Stanley I t-t-t-thought you would be late because of your homework?" She stuttered out. "I finished it early just so I wouldn't be late" I said as my face changed from happy to sarcastic.

"Care to explain why you have a cancer stick in your hand" I said while looking at the toxic stick in my girlfriends hand. "You might want to sit down for this" she said with a nervous tone. We both sat down at the edge of the cliff looking down at the icy blue wonder until she started talking " It all started when we were 12 I was going through a very tough time with my parents getting arrested and all, then I saw a pack of cigarettes laying on my kitchen counter so I grabbed one lit it up and took a puff of it. It felt like all my problems were washed away like no one was in this world besides me and I loved that feeling I loved feeling numb so I continued keeping it a secret through are whole relationship because I thought you would judge me" she said as tears cascaded down her rosy cheeks.

I wiped her tears with my thumb and hugged her " I would never ever ever! Judge you because you are beautiful, smart, talented and precious and we all have are flaws and addictions but we shouldn't be judged for it. So never keep anything from me again because I'm here for you even if it can get you in trouble or even killed for that matter I would take a bullet for you y/n I love you so so so so much!" I said "she pulled away and said "I love you to Stanley uris and kissed me softly.......

She was the cigarette and I was the lighter....
