Tadeshi

25th March 2015, Sunday

It's already spring, the place is filled with beautiful cherry blossom trees but the cloud starts to gloom on a Sunday noon. Others were busy doing their own thing, going on dates, amusement parks and watching movies and here I am spending my weekend isolating myself from the real world. Sure it's pretty common for people like me to do that but sometimes I wonder if that's the only way that can satisfy me. I really enjoy reading comics and writing my own novel or short stories, so by that means I'm always stay indoor like a loser. The thing is, my entire life is never been what I wanted to live in. Hanging out with my friends is fun and all but, is it really adventurous? Do I get to live my life to the fullest? Definitely not. Same goes to real life, it's full of tragedy like there's no happy ending unless you die.

That's why I love to write my own stories. It's fictional yet it's far better than my life goes. I can choose how I wanted to live by writing. I grew up with very strict parents, specifically my mother. They have the tendencies to pressure me on all sort of things. It's no secret that they just want to make me a better person or in other words, they want me to make them proud. I mean who doesn't want to, right?

"Tadeshi!! Come to the kitchen!" That's my mother yelling. Well time to go, I guess.

"TADESHI!!! Now!!"

"Alright mom!"

The sweet aroma, smells amazing. It looks like she's cooking green curry chicken. One thing that most mother good at, is home cook. Can't disagree on that one. The other one probably good at finding lost items. "Wow, is it lunch time already?" My stomach growl like I never ate anything earlier. "No. not just yet. I need you to buy some groceries first, quick."

Ehh? Now hold on a second, I was ready filled up my stomach until she ask me to buy some groceries at the last minute. I'm starving.

"Ughh, can we just buy it later? I really need to eat."

"No you can't. We're out of spices. Do you want the chicken to taste bland? Also, I forgot that we don't have stock on rice"

Rice too? I legitimately thought that chicken is ready to be served. I was wrong about that. "Your father is pretty busy repairing the car. I don't want to bother him so I thought I could ask you to do it." Well I can't say no now, Can't I?

"Sure, will do." I took the money she gave and ready to head outside.

"Make sure you get here safely AND NO FOOLING AROUND, got it?"

"YES MOM!"

The town surprisingly seems peaceful. No crowds, no beggars, no honking noises and no air pollutions. Even the air is nice to breathe in, the cold, breezy wind just blew to my direction while riding a bike. It makes me wanted to appreciate small things in life. Just imagine if I can just close my eyes, put my hands up in the air while still able to maintain my balance riding my bike. How breathtaking can it be?

After a couple of minutes later, finally arrive to the supermarket. Normally I don't like to go here since most people to buy stuffs because of how cheap they are sometimes. Don't want to waste any time, I better go in quick, buy some spices, maybe snacks too and then go home.

*10 minutes later *

I tend to forget what kind of spices brand that she ask me to buy. Did she ever mention about it anyway? I ran out of data so whatever, I just have to buy different kinds of brands. For a supermarket that has plenty of spaces, I hate how they just leave it empty. They could have sell more and why the hell there's only one counter open? Damn these employees. You know there's like 10 people waiting here. Why is it so hard for to open 2 or 3 more?
