I'm afraid and scared

In every choices I make there will be a consequences
In every action I make there will be a result
In every action I make there is a posibility that the result will be good or bad

If I will make an action, do you think that the result will be good and makes me happy?
And that thing makes me scared

I am scared that after I make an action there will be something bad gonna happen

I am scared that after I confess what I feel for her she will avoid me

But I am afraid that the thing scared me had already happened
