How You wish I would beg
you wish I would go on my knees and plead
I did that once
Not until I discovered you nothing but a coward

I used to fear you
I long before cringe at the call of your name
I trembled at the sight of your deep black hood
I hide my face from you

You use to be the scariest of them all
Hate, anger, fear, hurt, pain, how they all bow at your feet
They were dust compared to the destruction you brought with you
You were the KING of Hades

But that was years ago
Today I know who you are
You are feeble
You don't exist

Oh don't be surprised death
You can remove the shock off your face
I knew there was something off about you
You are a wolf without claws

You parade yourself as the strongest, a bully
But you know what you are
You are just the absence of another
You cannot exist on your own, and like all bullies, you would be humbled.

Life made you worth something
So Mr death
You are just the absence of life
You have no power of your own

You exist in the shadows
You creep in when all is gone
You neither take nor give
You just.... Accept....

I begged you for a simple trade
To take me instead of her
I thought you refused
Now I know you couldn't even make as little as a harmless trade

You don't choose who dies today
No... You just an errand boy
When life is done with one
Then you feed on it's absence

I can't hate you
You don't exist
Neither can I accept you
You are nothing

But a dead tissue
Deep in my heart
That causes so much pain
But have refused to decay

You are death
