I failed, I ate 1,280 calories today. I feel so fat. I'm going to fast tomorrow for as long as I can. I feel honestly so disappointed in myself because I know I can go long with out food. I did it in the past. I know I can go weeks without eating but I'm just caving into my cravings. First day of the new diet, failed. Tomorrow I will try to do better by staying at 500 calories or less
