This was quite out of your element. You were preparing to go into a girl alter ego again. Sarah Shinonono. But this time, Miku knew you were going to get dressed. She was going to help you with not just the attire, but the makeup too. Your girlfriend is putting on your makeup so you can look like a woman. How many guys can say they have been there? Hopefully nobody.

"Not my style but everyone has to try this once." Miku handed you over the dress. "I'll hand you the high socks and shoes in a moment."

"Gothic lolita? You kidding me?"

"I'm as serious as me sergeant."

"Ma'am. Sergeant Ma'am. This is bullshit."

"But Darling you'll look cute and after you take that dress off you can undress me." She teased.

"Ummm!" Hello there. That was unexpected.

"One step at a time now Sarah. Dress on and we shall see Ranger and what goes on."

"Who do you think he will go for?"

"Don't know. Shouta might have preferences."

"Boy has preferences... moment he knows his attire, weapon, and lady choice at such a young age. Nothing like it."

"We will be on our toes." Miku got out two of her makeup kits. "Ready to be pretty?"

"Sha-lala."

By the time Miku did your hair and makeup as well as hers it was nearly an hour. Then of course the pep talk and putting in your ear piece. Ranger was supposed to be around this park of all places. Which is a nice setting. No one wants the park to be destroyed by weaponry and firepower.

You were both entering the park as you felt the weight of the dress. "You ever get used to this Miku?"

"What? Dates? Spirits?"

"Heavy dresses."

"I like them but I'm able to adjust easier. What pants and how tight they are, the skirt height, and the weight of the dress."

"I've never seen you wear pants." This amused you. Wanting to see just what she wore in the major idol wardrobe.

"White skin jeans, yoga pants, I have many things in my closet Darling."

"Now I know. And thanks again for helping me with this one. This is different."

Miku could take this a few ways. She wanted to ask. "What is? It's a boy? You've done this before."

"Yeah well, you are right. Ranger isn't a beautiful woman, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's a girl behind that military suit. The spirit is dressed like it's ready for chemical warfare. And hard because I'm into girls. I fell for you. That's it."

Miku giggled. "Well (FN) behind the attire, I love you and we are in this together."

"Right. And do me one favor."

"Yes?"

"Don't call him Darling. I'm Darling! Okay?"

"Hehe. Yes my beloved. Let's see what we are getting into."

< Aww. That's so cute. > Sighed Kotori happily.

< Jealous? > You ask.

< Kinda. Just heads up, Ranger is close. >

< Where is Kotori? And what on Earth is he doing? >

Scanners zoom into your next target. < He's, reading a book of all things. Looks like German history. >

Miku smiled. "Little Shouta and his tanks."

"Loli tanks if you ask me."

"First we have to talk to this Ranger person. Then we shall see." See what? What voice? What's behind the mask and that book?

Walking closer the park is empty. Was it the chaos from yesterday? The time? Or was it the getup from Ranger? Kotori was right. Kid was just sitting there with legs across the bench and reading a book. Tanks, poison, or guns was anyone's guess.

As you got closer Ranger closed his book and looked up? "Hello?" Wow. This little guy had a strong sense of hearing.

"Hi there." Chimed Miku.

"Who are you?" Asked Ranger. You could hear a muffled voice behind the mask. It was high pitched too so you couldn't find out male or female.

"I'm Miku and this is my friend Sarah. And you are?" So far so good. Miku was gentle to start which was good. No fireworks need to be set off.

"I'm R." Said Ranger looking over in your direction.

Okay then. "Nice to meet you R. Lonely in the park by yourself?" I wonder what it stands for.

"It depends Sarah. It's peaceful but, I don't like big crowds." He nodded.

"Too much noise?" You ask.

"I can't see well and everyone is bigger than me. It's just a little frightening."

Odd that someone that took down both Origami and Mana was driven by fear and anxiety. This was just intense. Then to think that Ranger, would open up so easily. Someone dressed as a soldier usually isn't emotional. Until now at least.

"You can hear us pretty well then." Added Miku. "I can't even hear anything like that."

"I must be used to it." He sighed.

"Why the mask Cutie?" Asked Miku.

"I guess I'm afraid to come out of my shell. A lot of the ladies around here are mean to me. And the men around town just want me to go away. So I just hide and hope no one bothers me." Ranger was very emotional and you are hoping that everything is going okay.

< His levels are a little above normal. This is a good thing. Though I'm surprised. I thought they would be much down. >

I can't reply. He'll hear me. "Everything going to be okay? Want to join us for a snack?"

"I suppose. But, are you two okay with who I am? I mean, look at me. I'm just military dressed who can't see that smells like gunpowder and heavily interesting in war history. I'm not a normal girl."

< HUH!? >

"Hey Ranger?" You walk over.

"Yes..." Ranger flinched.

"If you show me you're secret I'll show you mine."

"Okay." Ranger exhaled and reached the back of the mask.
