"Dominator Portable Psychological Diagnosis and Suppression System Online. Inspector Hiroyuki Watanabe you are a registered user" The Dominator said.
I put the Dominator in a holster on my back and looked over at my senior inspector and the enforcers. My name is Hiroyuki Watanabe and I am a new inspector who is on his first mission tonight. For a while division 3 was hunting down a murder who hid under the nose of the MWPSB.
"Okay so we have confirmed the man is in this area somewhere, we are going to find him and excute him" Suzuki said
I was given half of the Enforcers and entered the area. We walked around looking in each building for signs of someone entering them.
"So Inspector, why did you become an Inspector?" Tetsuya asked
"I wanted to be able to help people and bring justice to criminals since I was younger so I decided I would work for the MWPSB" I explained
When looking inside one of the buildings there was mud going up the stairs. I crouched down lower and started to walk up the stairs with the Enforcers close behind. We walked all the way up and could hear someone screaming from inside a room. I stood beside the door and peeked in. A woman was lying on the ground wearing light-blue underwear and a man was overtop of her moving his hands towards her bra. I took the Dominator out and aimed it at the man and when I read what his crime coefficient was at 255.9.
"Crime Coefficient over 250. Is a target for enforcement" The Dominator said
"Wow thought you would be over 300" I said.
I pulled the trigger a small amount of electromagnetic waves shot out and hit him in the back. When it hit him his body shot up but instead of falling over paralyzed like he should have he stood up and held the woman hostage. I stood up and pointed the dominator at him as he held the woman in front of me.
"The target's threat judgement has been reapprised, Enforcement mode Lethal Eliminator. Aim carefully and eliminate the target" The Dominator said.
I looked at the woman who was standing in front of him and thought I may end up shooting her too so I didn't fire. He backed up and fell out of the window and hit the ground so hard that I could hear the sound of his body hitting the ground. When I ran towards the window and aimed my dominator out at the ground he was already gone.
"Shit" I said
"Inspector, let's go after him" Tetsuya said
"Yeah, right" I said.
We ran outside and down the stairs. When we arrived at the place where he hit from the window a little bit of blood could be seen on the floor, then I noticed that a flight of stairs nearby had blood on the handle.
"This way" I said
The gun flipped back into paralyzer mode and I ran down the stairs and the enforcers were close behind, only 2 steps away from me. When we reached the bottom I saw him turn around a corner. I followed him around the corner and saw him about to walk down another flight of stairs. I aimed my dominator at him.
"Freeze!" I said
"Crime coefficient 310, Enforcement mode Lethal Eliminator trigger, safety now released, aim carefully and elminate the target" The Dominator said
"Drop your weapons or she dies!" He screamed
I looked for openings in his body and noticed that his left leg was open so I aimed my dominator down at it. I took a risk and fired the dominator which made a direct hit with his leg. His leg looked like the top of boiling water and exploded once it grew big. He let go of the woman focusing on the pain in his leg more then the woman. I walked up towards him aiming the dominator at him and once I reached in front of him I looked down with an evil look and said.
"Game over"
And I pulled the trigger and turned around. I looked at the woman who was nearby and was about to talk to her when Tetsuya spoke up.
"Hey, look at her stats on your gun" He said
I pointed my gun at her and the crime coefficient popped up.
"Crime Coefficient, 160 Is a target for enforcement" The Dominator said.
"That sucks, sorry" I said.
She took a few steps back and fell down the stairs. When I ran up to it I saw her running away and the Sibyl must have thought she was trying to escape.
"Target's threat judgement has been reapraised, Enforcement Mode Lethal Eliminator" The Dominator said
She got out of the range before I could fire so I walked down the stairs and saw the woman lying on the ground holding a lighter that was lit up and gasoline was all over the floor. A woman was standing not that far away from a man who appeared to be an enforcer.
"Kogami, please don't do this!" The woman said
Wait a minute I know these people, Inspector Akane Tsunemori and Enforcer Shinya Kogami, they are part of Divison 1. I walked up behind her but slightly to the side. I held my Dominator to my side as I watched what was about to happen. Kogami mouthed something that I didn't hear and was about to pull the trigger and kill the woman.
"I said stop!" Akane yelled.
She shot Kogami with the Dominator and he fell to the ground falling into the gasoline. She got the woman to drop the lighter and I aimed my dominator at the woman.
"The target's threat judgement has been reappriased Enforcement Mode Non-lethal Paralyzer" The Dominator said
Akane looked over at me with a surprised look as I pulled the trigger paralyzing the target. I guess it's better that she wasn't killed when she didn't deserve it. I looked at Akane who was sitting on the ground on her knees Dominator facing the ground in front of her, so both Divison 1 and 3 have new inspectors and by the way she is doing things we will be taking seperate paths.
