"I object Your Honor",the opposition lawyer broke the silent atmosphere of the court.

"Mr. Patil!!Please be patient..!!I know this is shocking for u but sorry to say...You are going to get many such surprises in upcoming moments",says Ranya looking at him with playful smile lingering on her lips.

"Objection overruled",says the Judge and Mr. Patil sat down reluctantly after saying sorry to the Judge.

"Thank You Your Honor!!",She takes a deep sigh and continued,"Your Honor!!When I came to know about his behavior with my client,which was actually very brutal..I came to know that he pressurised Mr. Hardik to take the blame of this murderer if he is innocent..!!",Mr. Patil again cut her in between.

"Wow..Your Honor..!!She is playing such a smart game to defend her client..!! Connecting totally two different cases in such a way..!!Mrs. Malhotra!!What is the proof there that he tortured your client!!??",asked Mr. Patil and again court fell into silence but Ranya smiles making everyone confuse.

She moves to Hardik,"Mr. Hardik!!Can u please say the exact word Commissioner told u that day??Could you remember something additional happened that day",she asked him with twinkling eyes clearly talking with her eyes and surprisingly Hardik understood what she was asking as he nods his head in Yes.

"Please say everything that happened that day",asks Ranya.

"He...He came and asks everyone to leave",he started in low voice.His voice was also sounding tired and so was his appearance."He asks everyone to leave and then",He closes his eyes tightly and tear drop fell from his eyes.

His family heart pained seeing their once jolly Harry like that.

Hardik took deep sigh and look up to the judge and says with the same red eyes but his voice was no more low or trembling although his heart was crying loudly but no tears came from his eyes,"Your Honor!!He gave me shock treatment after sending his officers out",he completed making his family shell shocked at their places and this time Krunal could not bear and stood up from his place to beat the Commissioner for hurting his brother like that but Hardik's next sentence stopped him or rather made him shocked,"Mr. Pandya!!You don't have to over react..!!I don't think you have that right..!!What he did with me is totally mine or court's concern to deal with..!!It will be okay if u won't interfere in my personal matter..!!And about you..I think your fiancé criminal will be exposed soon",Krunal took a step back and sat on his previous position.He knew now that his resolve has been broken already.He knew now that his brother was innocent but now it was too late to mend things...!!!

"Your Honor..!!He was talking to someone on phone.I was on verge of fainting but i did heard him calling someone as....boss!!He also told me that he know who the actual criminal is",Hardik told everything happened that day.

"Thank You Mr. Hardik..!!",she turn towards the judge and add further,"Your Honor!!I know,evidences are must...so I would like to ask the Commissioner Tripathi only..if what Hardik is saying is true or not",she asks him while looking directly in his eyes.

The Commissioner was now fully sweating while looking at her.He know now that his time has come and one more addition to his crimes won't save him from the punishment.Hence,he nodded his head in YES making everyone silenced.

"That means you know who the criminal is", asks Ranya again and the Commissioner expression turned horrified.

"It's okay Commissioner Tripathi!!I will tell them the rest story",she adds winking.

"Every evidences present here prove that Tripathi while taking advantage of his post was involved in crimes equally as the criminal..Hence,Mr. Tripathi been permanently suspended from his post and the court order the Police to take him into remand immediately",judge orders and Police took him away from there.

Adya who was present there stand rooted to her place hearing his confession.She was remembering everything Commissioner asked him to do and now she clearly know that she was nothing but a puppet for him whom he was using as a ladder to get what he wanted.
Unknowingly tears fell down from her eyes.Once again she was ditched by the person she trusted.It was late but she heard now what her heart wanted her to hear from long time...Hardik was Innocent..!!But if it is so then who the real culprit is..!!These were the things running in her mind when she heard her name being called.

"Your Honor!!Now I want Inspector Adya to come in the witness box",the judge gave the permission to Ranya and Adya stand in the box.She,with lot of courage,looks at Hardik who was looking at her all along the truth were opening.He could see her pain,her guilt and....her love..for him..But he couldn't do anything....nothing.He,himself, is so broken,then,how will he forgive her.He avert his gaze making Adya feel more guilty.

"I know Miss. Adya...You are not in condition to grasp things at this moment but...it is necessary for us to know..!!",Adya nods her head in YES looking down and Ranya continue,"Miss. Adya!!Do u remember what exactly happened at the day when ur Parents got murdered",Adya closed her eyes tightly.How can she forget that black Day when her happiness got snatched at once....by none other than TEJ PANDYA.Hardik was looking at her every expression and was feeling her pain equally.

"Miss. Adya--",Adya cuts her off in between.

"I was 6-7 years old maybe....and was playing with...Dada",she started in low voice but for the first time Hardik didn't saw any Inspector Adya there.It was like a child was telling her happy story.She was actually living in that moment.One thing Hardik feel glad about at that moment was that,she will finally speak her pain out and he know that will change Adya for good and maybe she will start living her life like a normal person then.

Adya continued,"We were a small happy family...I,Dad and Mom...!!That day too,Dad came late from the office and as always start pampering me as I was angry from him for coming late....even on my birthday",she added the last line in teary whispering tone making Hardik look at her at once to find her looking at him already.

"He...He pampered me and Mumma...Mom used to scold him for spoiling me...But they never knew it was the last time,they are pampering me or they are celebrating my birthday",her voices ended in whisper.

"Suddenly,some peoples entered our home breaking the door.Every...Everyone was masked in black",her voice was trembling now and Hardik clutched the witness box tightly.

"Dad send me and Mom inside.Though we went but Mom could not resist and hence she locked me only in the room and again went to the hall.I could see everything from the room's window which actually lead to the hall.The goons were in numbers but my Dad gave them tough fight afterall he was an officer but then....one thing happened and I lost everything",she said with a lost look.
