The Day After

Wow, lots of crazy stuff was going on yesterday, and I still can't figure out what happened the night before. Well the last thing I remember was chilling w/ Blue outside. He must know what happened. I walk to the kitchen to find Blue, ever since the party, he's been trying to help out a lot more than he already is. It's so amusing to watch him constantly doing something to help out, but at this rate, I'm worried he'll get sick. Not being him anywhere in the house, I go to the basement. There was a power saw being use, so I thought I'd check. "Blue?" I call. "Oh come on dude, where are you?" Perhaps he didn't hear me because of the loud ruckus the saw is making. I walk over to the saw and, as predicted, I found Blue. It seems he's not aware of my presence so, I turn the saw off to get his attention, only to receive one of his own 'really?' expressions. "Finally got your attention, didn't I?"

Blue sighed and walked to the side of the saw I was on with his arms crossed. "Yes, now what do you want?" He asked with a grudge.

I frown. "I was thinking you'd be in a good mood today."

"I was, 'til you came barging in." Blue retorted.

I roll my eyes. "Listen. I need to know your honest answer to this question: What happened the night of Christmas Eve?"

"Well, for starters, I think they watched a movie with their buddies, but, I was busy doing something to go check."

"Of course." I scoffed. "But, no, thats not what I meant."

"Then what do you mean?"

"I mean, I'm wanting to know what happened to me." Instantly I see a small bit of blush on Blue's face. I'm now curious, so I'm gonna keep asking him. It takes a few tries but, I manage to get the answer.

"U-um you fell asleep on me, so, I uh- took you to your room. I laid you on the couch and I-I hear you mutter "Don't go." so I um stayed there." Now I can see his blush getting really strong.

"So, you were busy watching over me?"

He sighed. "Yes. I was watching over you."
