At the pro meeting,
*normal meeting stuff* "we will need a hero to go undercover to get some information out of the league" nezu says "no need I know of a hero that is undercover in the league and isn't currently sharing any information as to keep his cover" hawks says *all pros are shocked* "how are you so sure he won't betray us" endeavour says "I'm sure the person who is my childhood friend who has been undercover for 10 years and I also see every day wouldn't betray me" hawks says "I can get him in for the meeting tomorrow if needed"hawks says "yes that would be nice" nezu says "is it alright if I go now only I need to make a few phone calls to the commission seeing as I'm not allowed to tell you anything about there being an undercover agent so I'm probably going to get in trouble" hawks says "of course good luck" nezu replies "thank you oh by the way don't freak out when you see him he is listed as one of the top three villains although the commission gave him a fake kill count so he wouldn't get suspected although he has never committed any crimes in his life."hawks says as he walks out. The next day,the pros  are muttering wondering which villain is actually a hero it is, seconds later 2 police officers follow hawks and dabi "enji todoroki you are under arrest for the abuse of 2 of your kids and neglect on your other 2 kid along with abuse to your wife and quirk marriage and unlawfully putting your wife in a mental institution along with murder of your oldest son which you abandoned his body in an alley" one officer says the other officer puts him in hand cuffs as he is saying this " I'll send my lawyer after you" endeavour says "go ahead and try the commission has been putting your arrest to the side for 10 years so it doesn't ruin the heroes reputation and even if you did send your lawyer after us we have physical evidence" hawks says the pro heroes are now even more shocked after hearing this
