Flashback;
y/n and daniel has been in a relationship for 4 syears already. But before that they were friends together with jaehyun and somin. They were friends since middleschool.

jaehyun already liked y/n back then, but didn't get the chance to confess to her because he was aware that daniel liked her too and he wouldnt like to ruin their friendship just because of that. Well daniel also knows that jaehyun likes y/n. But jaehyun also knew how y/n had a huge crush on daniel back then so he just let them be. But before they did jaehyun warned daniel " if you break her heart i'll never forgive you".

Until one day jaehyun caught daniel cheating on y/n with somin. His blood boiled, he wanted to punch him in the face but he knew it would just be a waste. He didnt want to tell y/n about this because he knows how hurt she'll be since daniel was her first love. He had no choice, he had to tell her to make it stop, to stop daniel from playing with y/n's heart.

And as expected y/n broke up with him. And through her hard times jaehyun was the one beside her, he was her crying shoulder and eventually during that process y/n grew feelings for jaehyun. And that's where they realtionship started to grow aswell.

But he knows that her feelings for daniel wouldn't be removed that easily since he was her first love afterall.

End of flashback.

He's scared because he knows that y/n would still go back to daniel if he asks her to. Beacause he knows that's how much she loves him, she's willing to go through the same type of pain just to be with him again.

1 WEEK LATER

Jaehyun's P.O.V
"Did you read it?!" y/n screamed in excitement. "Yes. So are we going?" I asked back "Ofcourse! I miss our classmates and that reunion is the only way to see them" y/n said full of enjoyment in her voice. "Ok whatever makes you happy" i said at her smiling.

It was the day for the reunion it was nothing much we're just gonna stay at a hotel resort with our highschool classmates it was for 2 days and 1 night. We arrived at the hotel and we saw many familliar faces. Well we werent able to recognize some since it was a long time but still.

We went to the restaurant were we all will gather and as we enter i had my hands wrapped around y/n's waist.

"Well look at that who knew that jaehyun and y/n will end up with each other?" minho, our clas president before said.

"I know it's so surprising specially after daniel and y/n--" minho hit eunbin's shoulder lightly then giving a awkward laugh " hahaha that was long time ago forget about it" i didn't know how to respond, instead " should we take a seat?" I looked and asked to y/n. While we were on our way we bumped into someone. Daniel and Somin. "I'am sor-" y/n got cut off with what she was about to say when she realized who the person was. My  grip on her waist started to tighten but not tight enough to hurt her. "Hi." Daniel said "h-hi" y/n said back her expression change, she looks so weak. "Y/n let's go" i said she was just staring at them, at him. "Y/n?" I asked again getting her attention "u-uh?" She now looked at me. " let's go?" I said.

Y/n's P.O.V

I saw him again. I didn't know what to do. More like i didnt know what to feel. I was just there staring at him. He was holding her hand, that used to be me. I can't lie the pain is still there the only difference is that it's lesser now, because of jaehyun. My thoughts got cut off with jaehyun calling me "let's go?" I looked at him. His eyes full of concern and somewhat fear."sure" i said and we started to walk past them.

We arrived at our table jaehyun's mood was different from earlier he was just quiet "jae" i said but he didn't hear me "jaehyun" i said again "hmm?" he now looked at me "let's get something to eat?" I asked, Since this was a buffet we get to choose what to eat "i dont feel like eating tonight" he said "we didnt even eat anything else besides the burger we ate before going here how come?"i asked him "are you sick?" I asked placing my hand on his forhead " no im not hahaha" he removed my hand from his forhead and  held it "i just dont feel like eating. I'll just go with you while you get food" he said "no. If you're not eating im not eating aswell" i said pouting at him "y/n-- fine" he finally gave up yes!. By that we got up to get our food and started to eat.

After we eat we went back up to our room. "I'll just wash up" I said to jaehyun. He already went to lay down on the bed. When i went in to the shower i started to get worried about jaehyun he's been acting different since we bumped into daniel and somin earlier. And I know exactly why he's being like this.

After i got done washing up I went to may beside jaehyun who was on his phone. "Jaehyun" i said making him stop at whatever he was doing "yes baby?" he said pulling me to his chest "i love you" i said "why suddenly?did you do something wrong?" He said in a joking way "no. I just felt like i needed to tell you that." I said still laying on his chest and hugging him. He kised me on the forhead and i looked up to him "don't ever foget about that" i told him "yes ma'am" he said and we both laughed.

"I hope you know that whatever was in the past is already in the past so let's just focus with what we have and what we are right now ok?" I said "what do you mean?" He said confused "dont hide anything from me jaehyun. I know you're scared, your eyes tell me" his eyes softened and started to get teary "i just cant stop my mind from thinking that you'd leave me and go back to him knowing that you still love him" he told me trying to hold back his tears "jaehyun. Correction only. I   LOVED him, past tense. Not anymore so you have nothing to worry about" i said hugging him tighter.

and yes the daniel here is kang daniel. Long story short he was my ult bias and after hearing his dating news my heart kind of broke and then I started to fall inlove with jaehyun so this story was kinda inspired with that??? Ahahhaha

anyways tbh i dont know how this story will go please give me ideas jasjksjsks
