Phasing Part 2

We just got done hunting and I sprained my ankle I hobble and walk up to Sam's house.

Emily walks out and looks at me.

A new one Sam who is this ?

That's Jesse she shifted today.

Oh okay hold on hun let me get you some clothes you left here.

She walks with me behind a tree and I shift and all the voices dissapeared thank god.

I dress and sigh the burns are healed and my sprain is healed too.

Is it always this hott ??

Oh I nod my head and walk out from behind the tree I see Quil then I remember the imprinting.

My face turns angry.

Quil !! He looks at me smiling then it falls when he sees my face.

Emily get Clair inside I don't want her to see this.

After she is taken inside the guys and one girl Leah gather around.

You imprinted on my 2 year old sister !! She's just a baby !!

Now Jesse you know I can't help who i imprint on.

He gets in my face and I glare.

I turn around and walk away " I guess since I can't control this I won't fight it"

Hey Emily I walk in and sit down at the table here she hands me a plate of chocolate chip muffins.

I hand one to clair and she eats it and she looks sad.

Clair are you okay ?

Um uh okay. She smiles and munches on her muffin I gave her.

Sam walks in and I sigh I stand and kiss Clair's forehead and wave bye to Emily and Sam.

I run in the woods and check my surroundings I undress and fold my clothes and put them on a log I just hope it won't rain.

I grow angry and then I shift there's no other voices in my head I stretch and take off patrolling the rez.

Couple hours later voices fill my head one being Quil.

Come on Jesse meet us by the cliff Embry says

I don't know guys Sam told me to patrol...

Come on Paul says...

No and I run in the opposite direction

I see Leah and stand next to her and sot down.

I hope I'm not disturbing you ?

No Jesse its fine its great to have another girl here.

Seth runs next to us and sits beside his sister.

Aww isn't that cute I say and Seth laughs and Leah growls.

Come on Seth let's patrol.

Leah wanna come.

She nods and stands let's go.

We patrol more and I catch a scent I look all around me and growl.

Well look what we have here the leech says laughing at me.

Soon more join in an Seth and Leah growl and stand next to me.

I show the others what's happening and they say there on there way.

More vampires comes out and one looks at me and smiles I growl and  he laughs.

Then they run for us I growl and howl for them to hurry I take down five leeches but they keep coming.

Soon the rest join in and we fight the rest off.

We put the body parts in a pile and light them on fire I smell the air.

Paul he looks at me and I look up there's one left.

Its the same person.

I look at it and it smells the air looking in the direction of Sam and Emily's house Claire's there.

No no no !! I scream and run after it. It makes it there before me and its holding a crying clair.

I whine and it squeezes her and she screams.

No !! I scream I shift back not caring I'm naked I pull on a big t-shirt and shorts.

Please don't I cry she's just a baby !

He smiles and let's her go and she falls to the ground crying Clair !!

I scream and run towards her picking her up she's bruised and I hold her close the other wolves come.

Finish him off the vampire runs in the woods and the pack takes off after them Quil stops and whines at her bruises.

He shifts and I look away "hand her to me" I do that then look at the woods.

Go I got her he says I nod then shift running after the back and the leech.

When I catch up there finishing up the vampire I shift back and dress I light the match setting his pieces on fire.

I watch it burn then I back up shifting and running patrol till my paws bled.

Paul joins me but I keep running.

Come on Jesse come home Clair misses you !

I stop and look at him I look down then walk with him back  to Sam's.

Paul goes on ahead and I shift back getting dressed.

I walk out and go up the front steps entering the house.

I see Clair in Quils arms asleep.

Is she okay I ask ?

Yeah she's fine Quil says. I nod and sit down in the kitchen.

I pick up a brownie and eat it.

Soon I finish Quil you can come with me if you want I need to get home.

He nods and picks her up we walk out and I wave by to the guys.

Where are you going Paul asked me as I take the path to my house.

Home Paul I need a shower and sleep.

I'll come with to keep Quil company.

I nod and we soon walk up my front porch steps and I unlock the door.

Mom is laying on the couch and dad is watching a football game.

Dad it happened he looks at me and stared.

I phased dad he smiles and hugs me that's great Jesse.

Yeah not great enough Clair got attacked by a vampire but she's fine now.

And I need a shower goodnight.
