I don't really know how many parts I'm going to do for this one but let's just see where this one goes !

And I bet you never had it like this
Real good loving, light up your wrist

My hand was held tight around his, our palms squeezing together. I looked ahead, we were walking down a long narrow strip of clouds. Where we were heading was unknown but wherever it was was blinded with sunlight.

"Do you have anymore questions?" He asked gently.

"Yes," I paused, "Where are we going?"

His hand squeezed mine and he smiled, "Heaven."

I twisted my lips, I wasn't really religious growing up or very spiritual at all even. So I was really scared to see what would happen when we eventually got there. I mean I guess I made it through the front gate which was the real challenge.

"Do you have wings?" I blurted out, immediately regretting my question when he stopped and raised an eyebrow at me. "Sorry, I just uh, I thought that all angels had wings, at least that's what we were all made to believe," I kept rambling on until he dropped my hand to take off his bleach white blazer, placing it gently in my hands.

He turned his back to me and faced forward. His dress shirt had two giant slits in the back. I just stared wide eyed as he brought his fist up and clenched them, jolting his hands forward. Two giant wings sprouted from his shoulder blades. They were giant and very long, spreading out very far.

He turned his head to the side looking at me his mouth was parted and he was just so ethereal.

"Beautiful," I whispered. I reached up hesitantly to touch them, looking at him. He nodded approval and I let my hands touch the plush feathers.

They fell through my fingers so delicately and were easily the softest things I've ever touched.

My eyes flickered back over to him, his head tilted back and his eyes closed.

My breath hitched and I brought my hands back to my sides, he opened his eyes locking them with mine but quickly looked down.

"Sorry, it just feels good." His cheeks heated up, "No one's ever touched them before."

His wings were brought down folded, not entirely but partially, back down to his back. Almost like he had shrunken down.

His soft pout was cute and I couldn't help but think his embarrassment was adorable.

I put my hand on his shoulder and turned him around, offering a gentle smile. "Come on, you still have more to show me."

His eyes moved up to lock into mine as his lips twitched up into a sweet smirk. With a gust of wind and a loud flapping noise his wings were gone, tucked back somehow into his body. I didn't ask how that worked even though I wanted too. I handed him back his blazer and he shrugged it on with ease.

When we finally got to our location the sunlight disappeared and revealed a giant city like area. The streets and buildings spotless. No noise or pollution to be heard or seen.

"This is Neo City," my mouth was wide and he was amused by my amazement, "Here is not much different from earth. We have cities and towns, even country like places. This is just where I live, it reminded me of home." He smiled faintly, thinking of distant memories.

"There's no cars or anything," he chuckled, "Unless you want one of course."

He took my hand again and pulled out a phone with his other. He tapped a button and within an instant we were teleported to a hallway.

I blinked rapidly at the unexpected change,my mind not being fully prepared for that.

"Sorry," he gave an apologetic smile, "Normally I'd fly but you were here...I've also never flown with anyone before." He reached and tapped the door in front of us and it opened casually.

"So, there is one rule I forgot to mention," he turned around and threw his hands up expressively, "You have to stay with me here for at least a week. It's a rule to make sure that you can handle being here."

I shrugged, "Okay."

His eyes grew massive, "You're okay with it? I thought you'd feel weird."

I shrugged again, "If you've really been watching me my whole life then you'd know I don't like to be alone for a lot of time..."

His mouth formed an "o" and he looked like a puppy.

"I'm just messing with you," I laughed, "But seriously, I have so many questions that I want answered. So I'd rather stay with you."

He smiled as he shuffled inside, pulling me with him.

His place was very homey and neat, it looked like any regular apartment from back home. I flicked my eyes over to him, admiring the fact that out of everything in the whole entire universe he chose to spend the rest of eternity in a modern apartment instead of a giant mansion. A lipped smile spread across my face, that shows a lot about who he is.

"Just," he paused, obviously shaken by my gaze, "Just uh make yourself at home." He moved forward, taking his blazer and throwing it across the grey sofa. "Over here is your room," he pointed down the hallway, "The one on the right, the left is mine."

His eyes watched me nervously making my way to the door.

"I wanted you to feel the most comfortable," he scurried over to me, "So I just,"

He stopped when my hand clenched the doorknob and pushed it open. I gasped when I was met with my room from earth, the atmosphere welcoming me as I stepped inside. Every detail appeared to be exact, right down to the posters on the wall.

"I'm sorry if it's weird, you can change it at anytime."

I turned around to face him, his fingers fiddling with each other anxiously.

"It's perfect..." I paused.

"Oh," he mouthed, "Mark, my name's Mark."

"It's perfect Mark, thank you."

His ears tinted a hot pink, "You're welcome Y/n."

I walked over, he stood frozen as I reached my arms up around his neck and pulled him into a hug. His mind whirling as he eventually, slowly, brought his hands to my lower back, squeezing gently.

No one had ever been so thoughtful, Mark was truly meant to be an angel.
