They said his name was Jacob.

His heart was made of gold.

And so I thought I knew.

How he was so bold.

They said his name was Jacob.

His eyes were so blue.

For all the words he spoke.

Made everything sound true.

They said his name was Jacob.

A riot of a man.

His jokes were quite witty.

Everytime he said, "I can."

They said his name was Jacob.

A twisted soul he was.

His parents couldn't care.

They had a good "cause".

They said his name was Jacob.

As a teen he was sad.

Every single little thing.

Could make him mad.

They said his name was Jacob.

He used to hurt himself.

Nobody ever saw.

Until he hit a kid with a shelf.

They said his name was Jacob.

His mind started twisting.

Just as he started.

Twisting their necks.

They said his name was Jacob.

He killed many a man.

Strangling and stabbing.

Saying, "I can."

They said his name was Jacob.

His dark soul lost.

Trapped inside.

His mind all in knots.

They said his name was Jacob.

Finally caught.

Killed for killing.

No longer distraught.

They said his name was Jacob.

He haunts the place he killed.

A bright guy, lost.

Always popping pills.

They said his name was Jacob.

And he is still hungry.

If you come across this poem.

It was written my me.

I said his name was Jacob.

I didn't belive this story.

Now look where I am.

Trying to not to worry.

I said his name was Jacob.

Went to the place he killed.

He came up right behind me.

My death was on his bill.

You said his name was Jacob.

And starting reading this poem.

You've gotten this far.

And now your life is danger in

Your own home.

You said his name was Jacob.

And are now quivering with fright.

The burning fear.

Isn't going out like a light.
