Home sweet home isnt it? Well to Anthony and Hailey, it was a short period of horror. Keep in mind the descriptive terms for this period in time is short, as they quickly remembered that they werent in Australia, which was obvious, and they werent supposed to be. Maybe they both woke up feeling this certain way, as if their parents had left them, only because they really did. Perhaps they were so frightened that they forgot their feelings about this situation. They forgot they were happy that they werent going, and that they could finally have a break. Two whole weeks of relaxation. But how would they spend it? For the first time ever, they enjoyed the feeling of being clueless, for this time, being clueless was the equivalent of being free. Free with every option reserved for thought, and frankly, not the slow, careful kind either. Perhaps this was something Anthony could do, even though he could do everything he said he couldnt. And for Hailey, this was just a breeze. Suddenly, it was like being Anthony and being Hailey was the same, everything they would do being the same amount of easy, with similar overflowing contributions of effort. It was great for it to be that way, at least once, before the spectrum shifts again. If it was shifted in the first place, maybe balance would be a better word.  Atleast now having to balance the amount of time spent thinking these thoughts, with the amount of time spent acting on them. " Hailey", Anthony called, " Time to get breakfast". " Yeah, and we're in the house so I dont exactly see eye to eye with the value of your call", replied Hailey. Anthony sighs, happily as he wondered how she didnt figure anything would change. "Cmon Hailey, its different now, we're here by ourselves, lets celebrate", Anthony continues. " Starbucks ? '', Hailey insists. " Starbucks", Anthony replies, assuring her. " Now get dressed, lets go", says Anthony. Hailey comes back downstairs, and the two of them get in the car. This was truly great for them, they were constantly looking at eachother smiling, as it was akward because they were each going to let loose while they had the opportunity, and they never had in front of eachother before. They felt like angels, not behavior wise but due to the fact that they felt no heavy loads on their shoulders, they felt like they were walking on clouds. No parents around, constantly controlling every aspect of everyday. They never thought they would say or think this, because they love their parents dearly of course, but it certainly felt better having them gone, knowing it wont be permanent.  As they drove by, the things they saw and the aspects in which they saw them were different. Well the same, but just not thought about enough to remember their values. This day was odd, just like the last, but this time it was because they were going to live. In the real world and not just through the power of their minds. After all these things only happen once a lifetime and there was a extremely small to zero percent chance that even if it did, that it would be the same. Theyd be older anyway. But it was time to stop thinking, and start living. Anthony turns on the radio and looks at Hailey, with the expression on his face being enough to send the message, one of which consisted of words questioning what song she wanted to listen. " One that opened the eyes and ears, one to devour", was Haileys response. ( click ) The sound of the song being selected on the radio went, it was time to party. [ Toto- Africa begins to play] As their favorite song plays, their haeds nod in unison. Is was weird to think that their favorite song was made all the way back in 1982, and was old, but their thoughts were so complex, and compared to others, futuristic. " Its gonna take them alot to keep me away from you", both Anthony and Hailey began to sing along. And it continued that way, song after song until they arrived at their destination. " Starbucks", they both shouted, as the car door slammed close. The two entered starbucks as happy as they could be. As soon as they opened the doors it was like they forgot they were alive, the smell was hypnotizing and they were paused in the moment, puzzled, thinking of anything to attach this scent to. " Christmas", Hailey yelled. The place went silent and everybody froze, stared at her as she realized she was to loud. But after four secondd the atmosphere returned to how it was before. ( Anthony chuckles ) " Youre right Hailey, it does smell like christmas" said Anthony to Hailey, in a whispered tone. Hailey laughs, and they both walk up to the cashier. " Two hot chocolates with marshmellows and whipped cream, spare the cherry". And just like that, again, everyone in the room turned and stared at them both. But they didnt mind as they were shocked too. They both realized at that very moment that they had more in common than ever. The first thing being the level of which they knew eachother well. That level being very.
They both smiled and stood there still as a board until they received their order. " Heres some cookies on the house, for the early holiday spirit", said the cashier. Both Anthony and Hailey were suprised by this and exited. They got back in the car, and began their voyage home, smiling the whole way, it was time to start the party. Therefore tomorrow they can begin the proper usage of their hours. So when they got home that day, they did something that was not quite ideal. They did something they would do in school which slightly urked them because they had been reminded of the fact so early. But they carried on.
