Welcome to our Admin Forms book!

Here, you can apply to be an admin of the account. The way it works is that you will fill in a form, and an admin will read through it. The admins will all discuss whether they think you'll be a good part of the team, and then the leader will make the final decision. Then, you'll get a message if you've been accepted and you will receive the password!

There are four types of admin: Leader, Deputy, Admin and Apprentice. The leader is the person who leads the account - they make all final decisions in everything. The deputy is like a co-leader and, if the leader is away, makes decisions. They can also make decisions, but not huge ones. Admins are the main body of the account, and are normal people who have been accepted. Apprentices are to-be admins who were recently accepted and are training.

Here are the permissions of each rank.

Leader
-makes big decisions
-has final say in everything
-can kick or ban anyone from the account
-can change rules
-can appoint a new deputy and choose when apprentices become admins
-can create drafts and publish stories
-can create and publish chapters
-can train apprentices

Deputy
-makes minor decisions
-has an influential say in everything
-can kick or ban people with the leader's permission
-can change rules with the leader's permission
-can choose when apprentices become admins with the leader's permission
-can create drafts and, with the leader's permission, publish stories
-can create and publish chapters
-can train apprentices

Admin
-have a say in decisions
-can create drafts with the leader's permission
-can create draft chapters and, with another admin's permission, publish chapter
-can train apprentices

Apprentices
-can create draft chapters with an admin, deputy or leader's permission

If you are accepted to be an admin, you'll talk to the deputy or leader about some rules before getting the password. The password for the form is one of your warrior cat OCs if you have one - if you don't have one, then the password is one of your favourite warrior cats in the canon Clans. Only the leader or deputy can give the password - if anyone else does, then they'll get a warning.

Warnings are achieved when someone breaks a rule. One warning results in having to ask permission for everything you do for a week; two warnings results in that as well as being demoted by one rank (if you're deputy, you become an admin, if you're admin, you become an apprentice); three warnings results in you being kicked from the account; if you rejoin and get a fourth warning then you get banned.

If you go for three months without any warnings, you lose one of your warnings. This only applies if you've gotten them before.

Here's a brief overview of the rules for an admin:
-cannot share the password to non-admins
-has to publish an assigned chapter at least once every two weeks
-has to keep in touch with the other admins and talk in the Chat at least once a week
-has to give ratings for new story ideas or things needing approval (1-10 stars)
