it was the end of the day and time ton go home. I saw 2 things jake's yellow car and Zach. it was kind of embarrassing but I hugged him and told him to text me after he finished hockey. "soo looks like you got yourself a boyfriend on day one day 1 you must be a hoot" jake said ruffling my hair. I blushed but said nothing "so tell me all about him," Jake said "he's so cute and nice and just funny and everything I want in a boy" Jake chuckled "looks like my little girl has a crush it's basically where you love somebody that not in your family" he explained. "definitely" I said excitedly.
"invite him over tomorrow moms leaving to go on a trip anyway," Jake said
"REALLY?" I asked
"sure anything for my Little sister to enjoy highschool"
"Thanks so much, Jake you're the very best brother ever" I said before getting out the car.
when we got home I decided to go online and research more about this crush thing, it was pretty interesting and it was like she had this crush thing. there was a knock on my door I opened it like always knowing it was jake. "come in" I said. my door pushed open slowly. Jake didn't look as joyful as he always was. "I just got a call from the school" Jake said while gently putting his Iphohe on my red comforter. I wonder why he would give them his number. I sat quietly. "I know that you're totally new to this whole school thing but you really have to try to understand please Alicia for me" Jack said. "what?" I asked in complete confusion. "well they're just saying that you sat in the teacher's seat you did not go to the principal's office or detention and you talk quite a lot in chemistry" Jack explained. I didn't want to say anything. my eyes hurt my heartbeat sped up the water streamed down my face. I plopped my face into jake's lap and started crying. "i-i-I DIDNT KNOW ITS NOT M-M-MY FAULT". and it was true! Jack brushed his hand in my hair. "do what you can Alicia I'll talk to them" jake said. "and yes you can still have Zach over" he said before leaving. I laid on my bed what would I say or do. I knew this whole public school thing was stupid. WHY CAN'T MOM HOMESCHOOL ME WHY CANT EVERYTHING JUST BE GOOD for once I thought angrily.
it was 9:15 i heard the door open along with voices. It was mom and Jake talking in the kitchen. "mom she's fine just drama at school I can handle it" jake said. I could tell mom was ignoring him when she walked into my room and asked way too many questions i only got enough time to tell her that jake helped and i was tired. i wasn't the truth but i didn't really feel like talking. to anyone, I kind of wanted to call Zach but i couldn't build up the courage to do it.
