Jackson is watching the shaking boy and grabs a handful of his soft hair. He roughly pushed him toward Mark who caught him a few seconds before the boy lost his balance. Jackson glared on them for the last time and then goes back to his office. The boy in Mark's arms is crying and he hesitantly pats his back.
"Can you tell me your name?"
The boy is still crying and Mark doesn't know what to do. He doesn't remember the last time when he cried and he has no idea how to calm down other people. After a few minutes full of Mark's not very gentle patting the boy squirming in his arms and looked up at him.
"Please ... let me go home."
Mark sighed and shakes his head no. The boy saw their faces, they can't risk that he will go to the nearest police station. If Mark thought that the boy was crying a lot before, then this is an equivalent of a ruptured dam full of tears. Mark winces because of the loud wailing and decided to take the boy in the kitchen to prevent making Jackson even angrier. Mark is lucky that Youngjae, the most gentle person in this house is currently in that room. Youngjae heard that Jaebum, Mark and Jinyoung fucked up the business and some boy saw their faces but that's all. Youngjae isn't part of the mafia, he is something between Jackson's bookkeeper and house lady. His duty is to keep the house clean, he is also cooking and doing other things so this place can be like a regular household. Jackson and others are busy with running the mafia organization while Youngjae is at home most of the time.
Right now Youngjae turned away from the stove and stares on the cute crying boy. He put the pan aside and kneeled down in front of him.
"Hi."
Bambam stopped crying almost immediately when a soft palm strokes his cheek. The man in front of him smiled and strokes his hair.
"Isn't it better like this? Now, can you say me your name?"
Bambam looked around to make sure that the scary man isn't here and leaned closer to the man in front of him.
"Bambam."
Youngjae smiled again and stands up.
"I am Youngjae. Nice to meet you."
Youngjae grabs Bambam's hand and leads him to the kitchen bar. Bambam turned back where is standing Mark and stopped walking. Youngjae tugs on his hand and then turned to him to see why he stopped walking.
"I can't stay here, I need to go home."
Youngjae shakes his head no and wants to sit him down at the bar. Bambam's anger is suddenly bigger than his fear and he stomped his feet.
"You don't understand! My mom and siblings need me!"
Mark is shocked by Bambam's yelling and he quickly pressed his palm over his mouth.
"Do you want Jackson to come back? It won't be nice."
Bambam doesn't care and bit his hand. Mark is forced to let go of him and Bambam dashes toward the kitchen door. Unfortunately, Youngjae jumps in front of him and blocked the door with his body.
"If we let you go, then your family will be in danger. Do you want them to be in danger?"
Bambam starts to cry again and quickly shakes his head no. Youngjae really wants to make him feel better and he gently grabs his chin and lifted his head up a bit.
"What about we send them some money? And a letter from you, will it make you feel better?"
Bambam thinks about it for a while and then nodded. That's enough for now and sooner or later he will manage to escape. Youngjae nodded and then goes to get some paper and a pen for Bambam. The boy started to write and Mark goes to get some money from one of the safes which are hidden in the house. Bambam doesn't know what to write so he decided to lie and writes about a job which he found. He knows that his mom won't believe it but at least it is a weak excuse for the money. Bambam is silently crying while writing how much he loves her and his siblings and then handed the letter to Youngjae.
Youngjae puts ten thousand dollars inside an envelope and waits for Bambam to finish his letter. He reads the letter to make sure that there isn't anything about them or the house where they caught him. Then he folded the paper and put it in the envelope. Bambam is looking at his letter and feels that this was probably the last opportunity to speak with his mom. His eyes filled with tears again and Youngjae sealed the thick envelope.
"I am going to give her this as soon as possible."
Bambam hates this place. After Youngjae cooked breakfast, he also got a plate of scrambled eggs. Youngjae was eating with him in the kitchen while the mafia boss and his other closest men eat in the dining room. Bambam feels that Youngjae's eyes are following his every move. After breakfast he wants to search the house for some way how to escape but Youngjae leads him in a room and locked him inside. Bambam waits for a few minutes if he isn't coming back but then started to feverishly run around the house. The doors are locked so he tries the window but it is also locked. Bambam decided to find something to open the lock but the bedroom is almost empty. There is a big bed with blankets and pillows and a desk is standing in a corner. Bambam grabs the chair and thinks about breaking the window with it but the noise could call his abductors.
Bambam broke down in tears and collapsed on the floor. His brain is desperately trying to find some escape from this misery so he immediately slipped into little space. Bambam is hysterically crying and curled into a tiny ball to hide himself from the mean people. He is choking on his sobs and shakes while thinking about his mom and siblings. He is sad that he is probably never going to see them again but worse is the fact that his mom maybe isn't going to cry for him, she might feel relieved that she has less hungry stomachs to feed. Bambam cried himself to sleep and his dreams are full of monsters with eyes similar to the eyes of the mafia boss.
