(New rule, always going to be Sunny's POV unless told otherwise and going to be set in the past 15 years ago, and she is 17 at the time)
Adam, what was he doing he-. My thoughts are cut off by a huge roar. Cyclops, had to be a cyclops. Why couldn't it be a rainbow pony?
I bolt outside to see Adam held in the air. That's when I take my bow and arrow out, my special girt from dad, my real dad, god of the sun, in case of emergencies. I draw back my arm, aiming for his one huge eye.
"Put him down," I say fiercely. But all the cyclops does is laugh. He takes out a green blade, poisoned, one of the strongest, I can sense it. He makes a huge gouge in Adam's left arm, and I shoot him right in his pupil and he finally disintegrates before my eyes.
I run to Adam who is now laying on the ground. Him only half awake, I sling his arm across my shoulders and drag him into my room.
I close the door into my stepdad's face, when he tries to open the door I scream at him.
"Get cloths and a bucket of cold water, the poison will start to travel soon!"
He leaves and I finally, have to use my powers only I know about. I place my hand on the cut area, and I make my hand turn to pure sunlight. Healing sunlight, that only I have. It's kind of like the gods true form, if someone sees it, they turn to ash. I don't close the wound. I just take the poison away, I would reveal my gift if I did anything else.
When my step dad comes back I push him out and start cleaning and dressing the wound with supplies I had in my bag. Now all I can do is keep Adam cool until he wakes up in 7 days.....
