Chapter 3

It was a calm night at the Sakamaki mansion and it was dinner time. The entire vampire brothers, as well as the six brides, were sitting at the dinner table, eating their food quietly. Well, all except Shu, Yui, and Sayori since Shu was just being his lazy self, as usual, Yui was off in a daze while Sayori just wasn't hungry at all. She was doing nothing but picking at her food with her fork with a bored expression on her face.

"Doesn't look like you've eaten enough Little Bitch."

The redhead frowns and turns her head to find Laito leaning over her right shoulder. Just looking at his face made her feel sick to her stomach.

"Yeah, that's because I just lost my appetite. In fact, seeing you right now makes me wanna throw up."

"Sayori!" Luna says in a hushed voice, worried about her insult towards the youngest triplet.

"You need to eat a well-balanced diet or you'll become anemic." He grins as his hand glides over to hers with the fork. "I'd be more than happy to feed you if you'd like."

Her nerves twitch when she felt his hand on top of hers. She was so tempted to stab the perverted vampire in the face with her fork if he didn't back away in 5 seconds.

"Laito. It's impolite to stand at the table while the rest of us are eating, so please refrain from doing so." Reiji speaks.

"Yes, sir." Laito straightens up and smirks at Sayori. "But this conversation isn't over Little Bitch."

She narrows her eyes at him and squeezes the fork in her hand.

"It will be if you ever come near me again you gross freak."

As the rest continue to eat, Shu stands up from the table, gaining everyone's attention.

"Shu?" Yui asks curiously.

"I can't be bothered by this." He says before walking out of the room with Reiji glaring after him.

"I've had it with that deadbeat. As a child, he had everything handed to him on a silver platter. This is what happens when kids are spoiled."

"Teddy," Kanato asks his bear, making the women avert their gazes onto him. "What would you like to eat next? Let's have a banana snowball."

He uses his fork to stab the small hard treat but it broke in half due to the pressure. He attempts to do it again but he ends up stabbing it and the whole plate, laughing maniacally at the chaos he's creating. The brothers don't mind him but the group of females stares at the bipolar vampire with shock and uncertainty.

"He can't even make the effort to attend our monthly dinner party. He won't deign to grace us with his presence."

Rena glances in Reiji's direction as he continued to berate his brother's behavior.

"That will be all for today." He announced after a moment of silence is presented in the room.

Everyone starts to stand up and leave the table. Sayori sighs with relief and stands up too, preparing to leave the room.

"Wait just a moment Miss Tanaka."

Both Rena, Aina, and Sayori freeze but Reiji was looking directly at Sayori.

"Your table manners are deplorable, are you not aware of that?" He asks irritatedly which made the redhead sigh and pinch her temple, her patience was running out.
