Suk Dong-Cheol's POV

Why am I here and why am I doing this?

I nervously checked the watch on my left wrist and fixed my glasses uptight. The boys said that that would make me look like an innocent-looking kid, glasses for naivety, branded watch to make me look rich. Tucking my shirt in my pants, I walked towards the people handing out papers. The plan was to get their attention and get into the church, they are very secretive so it's hard for people to get a connection with them. This is the only chance for us to get in so I hope it works.

Walking around aimlessly, hoping to get the attention of one of the workers, I bumped into someone, making the books that I used for props fall out of my arms. I quickly bent down and picked up the books, so did the person that bump into me.

"Sorry for bumping into you." She helped me pick up the books and handed them to me. Her doll eyes met mine when she tried to apologize, only to be taken back by the sudden reunion of a familiar face.

This incident caused quite a scene, causing the authorities to turn their attention on us.

A woman dressed in dull colour apologised, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, she can be a little clumsy at times."

My eyes were focused on Sang Mi, she looked just like when we were in high school, yet everything was different. She no longer has that strong will in her eyes, it was as if she gave up and submitted to her fate.

"Ah, you seem like you're facing some trouble. Would you like to come to our church?" The woman said as she hinted SangMi to pass me the handout but she just stood there, not doing anything. The woman laughed awkwardly as another woman stuffed a handout into my hands.

Looking at SangMi, I took the bait and sat into the van that they prepared. They all seem like they've finished their work too. They began to pack all the things up and load it in the back of the van.

Before I left, I glanced to the corner where Sang-hwan and the rest were hiding. I nodded my head to signal them that I have entered the cult and everything is fine.

They nodded back in return and sent a message to me on my phone.

"Stay safe."

I looked back up and saw the concerned faces of all of them, everyone that was needed was in the van and so the engine started, I gave them a warm smile as the van left.

Honestly, even though I look fine, deep down I was nervous as heck.

"Wake up guys, we're here!" A sudden wake-up call woke me up. I was taken back.  Not just at the fact that I was now in a new surrounding was on a mountain and there was nothing but trees around us, but because I had no recollection that I fell asleep. I looked around and realised that I wasn't the only case. Everyone except for the staffs was puzzled cause they couldn't recall anything.

"Sorry guys, to assure that you don't play with your phone during our prayers time, we will be confiscating your phone. It's nothing big, but it's just that we think very highly of our lord and having any disruptive actions during this time would be deemed as disrespecting the lord. Your phone will be returned when we send you back." A small midget girl with that pretty eyes that had reflections of innocence said as she held out a basket for people to place their phone.

Not knowing that my phone would be taken away, I felt a wave of panic and grew anxious. What was I supposed to do? This wasn't apart of the plan. I can't even call for help if I get into trouble. The phone played an important role in the plan, it was recording whatever I see to record as evidence while working as a backup plan to leave whenever I feel threatened.
