Jackson was walking home, his hands in his pockets, and the end of his jeans covered in mud and dirt. He walked through the forest which was the normal route he would take back home and back to school. He pushed his shoulder forward to keep traction of his backpack, his bag felt like it was full of rocks or something. A rustling began in a bush, Jackson looked around.
"W-who's there!?" Reaching for the pepper spray from his back pocket then whipping it out, a loud yowl came from the bush, he flinched and didn't know what to do. He then walked slowly over, he slowly spread it to see the small fox bleeding from it's right leg. He panicked, and being the animal love he was he extended his sleeve and ripped off a piece of a sleeve then picked up the fox gently and placed it next to him grabbing it's leg and trying his best not to hurt the injured fox's leg.It squeaked and yelped in pain, it's tail patted impatiently against the forest floor. Jackson finished helping the fox, he looked down at it and admired it's beautiful sleek cream colored fur coat, he saw the bell on it's tail and saw the #235 on it's neck, he tilted his head and reached his hand out to touch the numbers to make sure it wasn't marker or something.
SNAP!
It almost bit his hand then it began to whine, he threw his hand back and giggled a bit. "Feisty...Eh?" Jackson smiled, and stood up. He looked back down at the tiny fox, it's tail padding on the ground, not irritated..but a different way now, he began to walk away as the fox watched him it stood up and limped away.
"Hmm..." He began to think of what the number would mean, he was totally clueless.
Once Jackson got home he opened the door to his house and closed it gently, he walked upstairs and into his room, he opened his computer immediately and typed in the number but found nothing. After almost 15 minutes of research he stopped and rubbed his face. He yawned and groaned.
"Dinners Ready!" His mother shouted, "Coming mom!" He replied and closed his computer and walked out his door and into the dining room he sat down and began to place food onto his plate. He began to eat fast. "Slow down...You don't want the hiccups do you?" His mother smiled and took a drink of her water. "No.." Jackson slightly smiled back. "You looked like you where in a rush when you came in..."
"Yeah I just needed to google something." Jackson said and tapped his hand on the table. "Food was great thanks mom.."
"Tell me something I don't know hun"She joked, they both chuckled.N o t e:
