Brian's Revenge

After Brian previously loss 15 million dollars in his case of the family member death in which Tracy was his lawyer in part 1, Brian decided that two can play that game and decided to seek revenge

    Back to the day of the trial , when the trial was over , Brian walked up to Tracy an was very furious that Tracy did not work the case correctly and Brian started to feel as if it was some sort of revenge from the breakfast incident that they had earlier that morning.

       Sooo, months go by after the case Brian is just sitting home and watching television and Brian is notified on his phone to come to the emergency room because he has a family member that has been hospitalized from a car wreck and as Brian is walking trying to find the room and reading each name on every room , Brian notices Tracy name on one of the rooms , soo Brian proceeds to find his family member room but before Brian decides to leave the hospital, he checks with the nurses to see what the cause of Tracy being in there , how many check ins have she had in the past months ? and also if she had any upcoming surgeries ? , no surgeries were listed but it shows that she have been in there for quite a while because she has been having none severe miniature Heart attacks which could eventually lead to her needing a immediate heart transplant in the future .... sooo as the months past Brian is keeping up with every medical update that Tracy has because he's the only heart surgeon in town and she may need a surgery in the future, sooo he's keeping a close eye on her, but one day Brian gives Tracy a visit while she is hospitalized and pretended like he didn't know that she was hospitalized and Brian mentions to her that he's the only heart surgeon in town and that he may have to do surgery on her based off past experiences of patients that have dealt with the same issues but he tells her that the case is in the past and that if it comes to him having to do her surgery , she would leave out the same way that she came in....Months past by and Brian checks his schedule and noticed that they have Tracy name down for  a heart transplant.
         Then, after finding out that he would be responsible for Tracy's surgery ,he starts to scheme & plot and research ways that he can make a heart transplant successful with slight defects and he reads that " rejection of the donor heart This is where the immune system recognises the transplanted heart as foreign and attacks it".
   Sooo now it's the day of the surgery and Tracy is very nervous but before she went into surgery , she told a very close friend named Stella who was operating the surgery, and the reason why he would want to do an unsuccessful surgery on her... soo surgeries over now and she feels exactly the way she felt as before but she's in pain and he told her that her recovery time was six to eight weeks.. but here's the catch, Rejection usually occurs in the days, weeks or months after the transplant , although it can , sometimes happen years later. In this situation the rejection didn't occur until 15 years later and Tracy Passed away and everyone else never expected her to live as long as she did even after the transplant sooo people were giving Brian high praise cause she lived longer than expected but the whole time Brian knew exactly what he was doing but Stella has some input and will decide to investigate it.......
