Chapter 2

'Hm? Where am I?' Was the first thing that came into Ryuhei's mind right after he 'opened' his eyes only to find that he is currently floating on an endless dark and empty space.

He first checked his 'body' and was surprised to find that he looks young, like he was back to his twenty years old body.

Though he noticed that he seems to be glowing, and 'see through' like a ghost, he didn't bother too much about it as he knew that he is just a soul right now, after all he did killed himself.

With nothing better to do, he decided to 'walk' around the black space, the thought of reincarnation did crossed his mind but quickly dismissed it, after all most those MC mostly reincarnated due to karma and because they died due to a divine beings mistakes.

He doesn't have any good karma as he killed people with a smile even though they are corrupt and evil but they are still human and he doesn't have any rights to kill them so it's crossed out.

He didn't died due to a God or something because he is the one who killed himself so it's crossed out too.

So he just decided to look around the place as this place could be his punishment for killing, staying at this cold, dark, and enpty space for eternity.

Suddenly, a basketball sized glowing ball with gray-blue color appeared in front of him. He is a bit interested as the ball is the same color as his hair.

Then, another glowing ball appeared, the same as the other one, but this glowing ball is azure in color instead of gray-blue.

He decided to touched the glowing balls but they escaped. With nothing better to do, Ryuhei decided to chase after them.

He chased after them for who knows how long and didn't even noticed that his soul-body or astral-body is releasing a gray-blue and azure colored lights.

It started small at first, just some twinkle here and there until it finally covered his entire astral body, and that was the time where he managed to catch the two balls of light.

When he touched them, they released a strong light with their colors as they entered his soul, surprising Ryuhei.

Then, an azure colored spiraling portal appeared and sucked him inside.

On some random forest, an azure colored spiraling portal appeared before quickly disappearing, leaving a handsome twenty years old man standing on the ground.

"Urgh~! My head hurts!" The man said while gripping his head.

This man is none other than Ryuhei Minamoto, the SSS rank assassin with the title of Grim Reaper.

After the pain on his head disappears, Ryuhei began to walk around the forest, he doesn't have any idea as to where he was so gathering information is a must.

His body was also quite weak compared to when he was at his prime, after all when he was twenty he only trained for less than a decade so it isn't surprising for him to be this weak.

Though his skills is pretty much the same.

Suddenly, his instincts cultivated by countless of life-and-death battles screamed st him, he jumped back as fast as he could.

He saw a large black colored bear pounced itself on the spot where he was standing just a moment ago. His blood turned cold as he thought that if he wasn't fast enough, then that sharp, durable, and long claws of the bear would've made its way to his body.

'Damn! This body is really weak, if it weren't for my instincts then I would've died just now!'

Then, the bear turned to him and once again leaped towards him. 'Shit!' He once again evaded the bears claws by leaping to the side.

The bear continue on attacking him. 'Fuck it! If this continue I will ran out of stamina!'

He keep evading the bear's attack while also sending some punches and kicks to at least weaken the bear, but his body right now isn't as strong as what he used to have where he can easily wrestle with a rhinoceros, elephants, and bears without even putting too much effort.

"Fuck you! Can't you just stop attacking for just a second!?" Ryuhei screamed as he the fangs of the bear is almost at his head.

He doesn't have time to dodge and cursed in his heart, he just got revived for some reason and now he will die once again.

However, he saw the bear paused for a second which gave him enough time to evade its mouth.
