Toddy Smith 1st Imagine

I have been hanging out with the Vlog Squad for a few months now. My friend Anastasia first introduced me to David and we all hit it off from there. I would say that my best friend of the group is David. I am currently on the way to David's house for a party. I am not your typical 'party girl' I don't drink or smoke... Sometimes I don't even know why I really hangout with all of them. I pulled up to David's house and got out of my car. I made sure that my camera was charged just in case someone did something really stupid. I entered the house and heard music blasting. I didn't know that Dylan Francis was bringing his speakers today. I could immediately feel the beat vibrating in my chest. I had to push my way around to try and find David. I finally found him and he started shoving his camera in my face.

"Eve! I didn't know that you were actually going to show up!" David used my nickname my real name is Evelyn but most people end up calling me Eve.

"Yeah, I figured that one party a week is manageable." My voice was already tired from yelling. I decided that I was going to sit down on the couch. Once I made my way there I realized that the couch was entirely full. I let out a heavy sigh and just stood there.

"Here, sit next to me. I can make some room," Toddy said loudly. He then continued to push Scotty who was sitting next to him. I smiled at Toddy fondly and took the seat that he offered. Toddy and I were never the closest so I was slightly shocked by the kind gesture. "Can you save my spot while a grab some more beer?" His tone was slightly more hushed since we were sitting so close together. I nodded shyly as he got up and moved towards the kitchen. I sat sideways so my legs were saving enough room for Toddy. I noticed that it was taking him a long time so I looked up from my phone and looked around for him. I saw him in the crowd and saw that David was whispering in his ear. I can only imagine what crazy thing David is trying to convince him to do for the Vlog. Toddy seemed to noticed me looking at him and he smiled. He said something back to David and they both started to walk over.

"Eve, would you be willing to do something crazy for the Vlog? This party isn't giving me as much content as I need," David said in an annoyed tone. I looked up at him a little weird. I sat so I was completely facing him and Toddy sat down next to me.

"What would you need me to do?" I asked wearily. David asks me to do a lot of different things for his vlogs. From what people see online they think that I am a crazy party animal that is willing to do anything to get some screen time.

"I was thinking that Toddy could tackle you into the pool," David said in an almost bashful tone. I wasn't too keen on the idea because I didn't bring a change of clothes and my makeup wasn't waterproof. I had to contemplate on it for a minute.

"Is there anything else you need me to do?" Normally David didn't just have someone thrown into the pool fully clothed. He took a while to think about something that we could do to set up the seen. David and I would have normally planned this all out before the party but as he said he just wasn't getting a whole lot of content from everyone else. David then brought me and Toddy into his room which was more quiet than the rest of the house.

"We could have you talking to Ilya and have Toddy pretend to get jealous and try and push Ilya into the pool but Ilya knocks into you and you fall into the pool," David said with some pauses for the ideas that were forming in his head. Sometimes I wondered how he came up with these strange scenarios so quickly.

"Then Toddy could apologize and offer a hand to lift me out of the pool and I could pull him in with me," David and I frequently came up with skits to put together but never off the cuff like this. "This also depends on if Ilya is actually sober enough to pull all this off." I said quickly. Toddy was just sitting there listening to everything we were saying.

"I'll try and go find him," David said and quickly left. That left Toddy and I in the same room alone.

"Are you on board with this plan Toddy?" I guess I never really asked if he was okay with the plan we created.

"Yeah, totally," Toddy said but he seemed distant.

"Is everything okay Toddy? You seem a little off today," I said quietly. Considering that Toddy and I weren't very close I was a little uncomfortable getting into really deep topics with him but I knew that something was wrong.

"I just have a headache from the music that is blasting," he said. Even though I wasn't fully convinced I was just going to take that as a valid response. David walked into the room with Ilya in tow.

"Ilya hasn't had a whole lot to drink. He seems pretty sober," David said with a slight chuckle.

"I just told you that you haven't had anything to drink," Ilya said in an angry yet joking tone.

"Ilya, you say that when you are completely wasted too," I chuckled out. After that we went over the plan a few times and figured out what was going on.

"Alright, I think we are ready," David said as he stood up. We all followed him out of his room and we eventually all got out to the backyard. "Everyone! We are filming a bit! Please act natural and don't get into the way of the scene!" David yelled as loudly as he could. I started moving people around to we could get the shot that we needed. Ilya and I then stood next to the pool and David gave us the thumbs up. Joe gave us the second thumbs up and the scene started to unfold.

"When did you get this tattoo?" I asked Ilya. The conversation really didn't matter at this point I just had to make it look like I was flirting with Ilya. I started to outline it with my fingertip and smiled at him. After a few more seconds of making nonsensical conversation Joe made eye contact with me and gave us the signal. That means that Toddy was making his way over. Just as planned, Toddy shoved Ilya and Ilya bumped into me and I fell into the pool. I could never get used to being pushed into a pool fully clothed. Once I finally resurfaced Toddy had a horrified shocked expression on. He then held out his hand.

"Eve! I am so sorry!" Toddy said acting all concerned. I then took Toddy's hand and pulled him in with me. What I didn't expect was to feel Toddy swim up under me and lift me above the water. I squealed loudly and grabbed onto Toddy's shoulders. Once I finally made eye contact with him I was about to ask him what he was doing but I was even more shocked when I found a pair of lips on mine. My eyes widened but soon I closed them and returned the kiss. Even though Toddy and I weren't very close I won't deny that he is very attractive. As we separated I opened my eyes and saw Toddy looking at me with a wide smile on his face. People were cheering around the pool. At this moment I didn't really care if this was a bit for the vlog or if it was genuine likeness and passion. This moment felt perfect.
