The night before christmas (late)

Snow flakes are falling on the ground
As the children spin around and around
Some prefer to stay inside
Perhaps to decorate for this year
Or toast to a drink of cheer
Some like to carol around the block
Bringing joy throughout this time
Is probably better than my rhyme
Go out and set up your Christmas tree
Or go carol a song or three
If you are a one
With a heart like coal
Three times to small
For one to hold
Fill your heart with cheer
And excitement
Laugh and love your family and friends
And make sure it never comes to an end
Now I say my goodbyes
As I must go to sleep
Make sure to be good
And
Merry Christmas Eve!
