A quick shower and a nap later, Andy was raring to go back to Jenna but one look at the clock shows that it was still 10 am and her shift doesn't end for another four hours. Deciding that he didn't want to just wait around the apartment doing nothing, he put on a pair of jeans and a clean gray t-shirt, grabbed his laptop and notebook and stuffing them inside his backpack before leaving for brunch.

Saturday morning is hardly peak time for a restaurant but there were a few people in this one, almost filling up the place. Andy took the seat next to an open outlet, right by the window.

He opened up his laptop and not long after a familiar voice asked, "Ready to order, stranger?" Jenna stood there with a notepad in her hands, wearing a green top and black bottoms, her brown hair tied up in a bun.

Andy snickered, "I'll take some hot tea and do you have any pastries?"

"Luckily for you, we're still on the breakfast menu and we have some croissants left," emphasizing the word with a bad French accent, "Will that do?"

He giggled for a moment, "Yeah, sounds great."

"A cup of tea and a croissant coming right up, sir." She puts away the notepad away, "Now with that out of the way, what are you doing here? Stalking me already I see, you do know that my shift doesn't end for another 3 hours, right?"

"Stalking you?" He muttered out, "No, no. I'm just here to uhh see what this is all about, people at the office were all hyping this place up." He offered an awkward smile.

She looked around at the six other people in the place and raised an eyebrow, "Alright, sure. I'll go get your order now, hang there for a bit." She walked away.

"Okay, thanks." He said, trying to keep himself from cringing after such an obvious lie. He tried to focus his attention to his laptop and hopefully get some work done but his eyes wandered first to the quaint oceanic decoration of the restaurant, then to the elderly couple smiling and laughing outside the building, and finally settling on the reason he came here in the first place, taking his order to the back. Letting out a long sigh, he knew that he couldn't really focus on work and took out his pen and notebook, letting his muse inspire him.

As she was bringing the order back to the kitchen, Jenna's eyes drifted back to Andy, noticing small details that she missed before, like how his brown eyes are a bit lazy but looked soft and kind, his short black hair is unkempt and messy, and the small cute smile he has as he writes in his book. A small sigh escaped Jenna's mouth as she figured out how she was feeling at the moment. She took a napkin and started writing something down, finishing just as his order was up. She place the napkin underneath the saucer of the cup and approached him again, "Here you go, sir." She put down his food and drink on the table before going back to work, giggling to herself as she goes.

"Thank you." Andy said with a smile before noticing the numbers written on the napkin. He lifted his tea and took a closer look at the napkin, which said, 'Don't think you have this yet :D' and had her phone number written on it. He can't really stop the smile on his face from forming at that point. After swiftly saving her number in his phone, he turns back to his book and pen, fuel has been added to the flame.

In the middle of his writing fever, the door swung open and entered three guys, the one in the front was definitely eye catching. Slicked hair, a white button down, black dress pants, and an utter refusal to take off his sunglasses indoors on a cloudy day. The group sat down on the table right next to the counter, where the staff couldn't possibly missed them. Something about those guys rubbed Andy the wrong way but he had better things to do than worry about a group of strangers.
