Meeting Teacher Bae

How we met.

It was Monday and despite constantly skipping gym class, Seulgi decided to go for this one, huge mistake. She arrived late, when the teacher was already answering questions.

"Does our school have enough money for this?" someone behind her asked.

"The question is: Do you have enough maturity for this?" the class was silent for a minute but soon they were mumbling.

"I can't believe I'm going to lose my week with this"

The girl was even more curious to understand what this was about. But then she saw. Behind her small and chubby teacher were about 18 to 20 babies.

Luckily, he explained the situation again. Seulgi would be the mother of a robot baby for a week, for two points with the baby defining whether she deserved it or not.

Soon he released the class to choose which "baby" they want to take care of.

She reached for the child and as soon as she welcomed the baby, she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"I'll do it with her," said a pale girl with light hair.

"And what this has to do with you, Jason? Go take care of your own baby and backyard" the girl said.

Seulgi was silent, unsure of what to do and afraid that they would stress the baby who, according to the teacher, would recognize voices arguing and burst into tears.

She removed the girl's hand from her shoulder and signed to the bleachers. Leaving the commotion behind after grabbing one of the bags accompanying the baby, Seulgi sat down with the child standing hugging her neck.

Minutes later her new wife joined her. They were silent for a while, the unknown girl played with her fingers and sighed.

"Are you alone?" she asked without looking at Seulgi.

The taller woman felt sorry for the stranger, she wanted to put the baby on the bench and pick the girl up, but that would be more bizarre than sneakily water her plants. She seemed to be popular in their classroom even though Seulgi had no idea who she is.

'Must suck being the center of attention' she thought.

"No" the cat eyed woman made a pause. The girl shrugged. "I'm with you" she completed with a smile.
