Chapter four

Mathilde's POV

I don't talk to Trevor all weekend and ignore his calls. I don't know why I'm so angry. He's single and he can do what he wants but why would he tell me he likes me. He even told me he didn't like her. Honestly I'm not angry I'm just upset. Jealous

Pauline comes into my room and sees me crying and asks me what's wrong. I explain and she understands. She always does. "Do you wanna come shopping with me and Addison?" She asked me "yeah sure let me get ready" I reply. I'm really happy that Pauline and Addison are egging along. It would be bad if they didn't since Pauline gets so jealous.

I do a full face of makeup and curl my hair and put on a nice outfit

Not gonna lie I look bomb asf. I walk downstairs and I see Pauline and Addison eating stuff out the pantry and laughing.

Once we all check each other out we all head out the door. I get into my car and drive to the mall. When we're walking into the mall I see the same car Trevor has parked across from us and it reminds me of him. We go into a few shops and I see some cute stuff and I buy some stuff to wear tomorrow to make Trevor jealous. As we were walking to the food court Trevor and his friends walk towards us. Oh god. This is like something from a movie. I can't help but look in his eyes and his eyes meet mine. I try to be a bad bitch and look him up and down and just walk past but I got awkward. I'm so embarrassing.

We sit in my favourite restaurant and i order my usual. Pasta. Pauline and Addison go to the bathroom then Trevor and his friends walk in and get a table across from us. This is really awkward. And embarrassing.  I keep smiling at my blank phone to make him jealous but he barely notices. I'm making myself jealous. Why am I such a mess? Pauline and Addison come to my rescue. "Oh my god they're here" Addison says "I heard them say they were going to the other place" Pauline added "Trevor probably made them come here to make you jealous. Don't let him" Addison says. I try not to be jealous but I can't help it! I really like him. "Let's go to the bathroom" Pauline says "who's gonna look after our bags? I ask and Addison just grabs my hand. Oh the way past Trevor's table Addison stops "can you guys make sure nobody takes out bags? Thanks" she says in a really sassy way. I just watch her but I can see Trevor's eyes on me from the corner of my eye. I'm getting good at this.

"Girl I told you he was a player. Didn't I?" Addison says I agree but I really don't think he is. We've only known each other for a week. I pull myself together and fix my makeup and walk back to the table. Addison and Pauline go to refill their drinks and Trevor walks over to our table. I can feel my hands trembling "you good?" He asks in a not very concerned tone. "Yeah, why'd you ask?" I say in a bitchy way. "Okay. Just making sure" he says and walks away. Pauline and Addison walk back and ask about what he said. I told them and we eat our lunch then leave. We went to a few more stores and Addison points out a dress "oh my god Mathilde you'd look AMAZING in this"

I really liked the dress. I decided to buy it. Pauline and Addison saw a few dresses they liked too. All of a sudden I got a good idea "why don't we put these dresses to good use? Let's go out tonight" they both agree excitedly. We walk out the store and see Trevor and his friends again. All of a sudden Addison walks over to them and me and Pauline follow her. "Hey Collin. Why don't you and your friends come out tonight? We'll be there. I'll text you the details later." Then she winces at them. That girl really is a tease. But I love it.
