Pilot

Gilbert's house

An alarm clock blared in the ear of a 16 year old girl with dark skin and brown eyes. She slammed her small, hand down on the alarm clock. With a groan she got up and went to the shower, then got dressed and did her hair and makeup. Nothing too fancy just a natural look and a ponytail. Her outfit was an oversize black hoodie, some black shorts and a black oversize jean jacket that was over her hoodie. and some black Converse.

In the kitchen:

Once she was dressed and ready she grabbed her bag and ran down to the kitchen. In the kitchen she sees her Aunt Jenna rushing around.

"Hi Aunt Jenna." She greet. With a smile on her face.

"Oh hi Zi. What are you doing up so early." She greets back. A little bit out of breath with a smile stick to her face like glue.

"I set my alarm clock early so I get up a little earlier than my siblings cuz I know if I don't all the hot water will be gone. So yeah! Plus I didn't want to be late for the first day of school." Zira croaked. Still tired. She walk over to the coffee maker to make some coffee. Obviously! What the reason is there to go to a coffee maker.

As the coffee is brewing. She hear  her older sister Elena come down the stairs looking tired but still has a small smile on her face.

"Hey Aunt Jenna." She grumbled but it was still loud enough for both her and Aunt Jenna to hear.

She comes over to Zira by the coffee maker. Gets out of cup for both Zira and her and pours coffee in it obviously.

"It's your first day of school and I am totally late." Aunt Jenna grumbled frustrated.

"It's all about the coffee Aunt Jenna." Elena says handing me my cup.

"Is there coffee." Zira's younger brother Jeremy replied. She didn't even know he was there but whatever he came and took Elena's cup from her hand.

As she look at them she noticed they obviously don't look alike because she was adopted so how would they but it's just funny to see them act like how they act around her like all the time so she put a smile on her face a bigger one.

"Lunch money." Jenna says. She say no 'thank you' and walk over to the fridge to take out some creamer and the cabinet to take out some sugar for her coffee.

Elena also says no Jeremy goes over and grabs it. As Zira stir her coffee she remembered that Jenna has a presentation.

"Hey Aunt Jenna don't you have a presentation today?" She asked.

"I'm meeting with my thesis advisor... Now. crap" Zira says looking at a clock frantically unit up and shoving everything into her bag.

"Then go we'll be fine." Elena vowed. Giving her a small smile. Aunt Jenna returns the smile and leaves.

"Are you okay." Elena says to Jeremy as he's about to walk off to the door.

"Don't start." Jeremy sassed. Walking out the door.

Elena looks at Zira and she shrug. Saying 'I'm fine'.

She sighs. "Let's go Bonnie's waiting for us"

Zira nod and pour her coffee into her coffee cup and screw the lid back on. She grabbed her backpack and walk out the door with Elena right behind her.

"Hi Bonnie!" She greets with a polite smile

In the Bonnie's car:

As we're in the car we ride by the graveyard. Funny really, but know both Bee and Elena are not listening to what Bonnie is saying. Looking out to where their parents are laying in the ground they zoned out.

Zira remember all the good times they had with our parents. Going out for pizza going to the park going to the grill. She remember one time. Their dad was telling them a joke. And she laughed so hard she spit coke out of my nose.

That one  had her giggling thinking about it all over again.

"Elena...Zira. Back in the car!" Bonnie yells. making her jump and let out a small squeak all flustered like.

"Sorry Bonnie we did it again didn't we" Elena says a little saddened by our coma-like state.

"As you were saying bunny." She exclaim still breathing heavily a little trying her best to lighten up the mood a little bit.

"I said my grams think I'm psychic." Bonnie replied with a fake look of annoyed on her face.

Elena laugh and replied with. "Oh yeah predict something about me and Zira."

"I see-" Bonnie begins but only to get caught off by something hitting her window shield making all of them jump back in Scream as she swirls around the road.

She finally stops. As they all trying to catch our breath Zira is a little dazed in light headed scared more than any other emotion she have right now.

" oh my God! Elena...Zira . Are you okay. I mean I think it was a bird or something I don't know what came out of nowhere." She says out of breath she's clearly scared you can see it in her eyes and her movement.

"We're okay... we're okay." Elena replies for both Zira and her.

"Really are you sure." Bonnie gasped still out of breath.

"We can't be scared of course for the rest of our lives. I promise you Bonnie we're okay." Zira promised with a small smile on her face trying to calm her down.

"Okay. I predict that this year will be Kick ass. All the sad and dark times are over you two will be happy this year." She vowed with a look of determination on her face.

Hi guys. I'm the author, I hope you're liking the book as much as I enjoy making it. It's the first chapter more will be out soon and I am also making a book for the show called Elite. So be on the lookout for that. Imma try to make days on when I post but for now I am just going to post whenever I can so I hope you enjoy this book like I enjoyed making it for you as I said before.
