You get home from a trip with your friend to see your house burning to the ground. You have a few pairs of clothes packed in your suit case along with a few anime trinkets, phone chargers, and your wallet.

You call your brother edd.

A million thoughts are going through your head

Will I ever have anyone to turn to?

He answers the phone. "Hello?" He says hearing u sobbing over the phone. "What's wrong?!" He says in a very worried tone. "M-my house..." you sob between words. "What about your house!?" He's practically yelling through the phone. "Its... b-b-burned d-down" you cover your mouth trying your best to not break down. You hear a car door close and keys jingling in the background. "Where is your address." He says so siriousely it startles you. "*Insert rando* address thank you. Edd." You wimper "don't worry about it. I'll be there soon. Stay put. love you." He hangs up.

Those words.

'Love you.

They. They are so comphorting.

You sit on the curb. And cry.

Smol time skip.

Edds car pulls up. He gestures you to get in so you obay.  There is no one else in the car so u assume he lives alone you sit in the passengers seat crying on edds shoulder.

We arrive at his place. But when we get inside I see three guys. I assume it's just edds friends where visiting for a bit. "EDD YOUR HOME! WHY WHERE YOU SO UPSET!?" A tall ginger man in a purple hoodie, green over coat exclaimed. "My sister's house burned down... she will be staying with us for a while." Us?! "Oh." The tall man says looking up joyfully "hi edds sister I'm Matt! What's yiur name!?" He jumps up from his spot on the couch and gives you a huge warm hug. "Oh- I'm y/n" you struggle to say due to being sqeased until you can barely breath . "Hi. I'm tom." A smaller man with spiky brown hair, black eyes, and blue hoodie says very bluntly face in his phone. "H-hey... tom" You don't know why but you feel your face heat up a little when you say his name. Tom... you think to yourself. A man in red slightly taller than Tom walks over to me and stairs. He was somehow intimmidating.  "H-hi?" He smirks. "Hah! How cute..." He laughs "... you look scared." He winks "WHAT!? NO!" He smiles wide exposing the small gap between his teeth (Sry the teeth thing is what I imagine.) "Sure you aren't... well anyway hi y/n I'm tord!" You role your eyes a bit but smile trying not to be rude "hey." You reply.

An awkward silence fills the room.

Why didn't he tell me he had 3 room mates? Did he not think to mention it? And especially since they are all guys!

You think to yourself.

"We should play some games!..." Edd announced "...ya know... so u guys can get to know her a bit." He gives them a look. "I'm down." States Tom "me too!" Tord yells "me three!!!" Matt exclaims "what game should we play first?" Tord questions "what about truth or D?" Matt asks looking smug "what is that?" You have never heard of 'truth or D.' "Its like truth or dare but if you don't do the truth or dare you have to flash everyone. You flash more of your body each time you decide to flash." Tord explains "I don't feel comfortable playing this with my sister." Edd looks angerly down at the floor. "Oh man up you wuss!" Tord exclaimed. "Lets play already!!!" Matt demands.
