“Okay, this is the apartment.” Storm leads us into his apartment.

“Nice place.” Ben says. Storm's roommate comes in from I think the kitchen.

“Hey, are these your friends? I thought they were spending the night here tomorrow?”

“That was today.” Storm says.

“Oh, um...”

“Sorry, Jason tends to forget stuff.” Storm says to us. “Okay, Jason, this is Ben and his brother Ricky, this is Gerry, and this is Vector.”

“Okay, pleasure to meet you guys.” Ben says ''Sup.'', Ricky waves, Vector comments ''Thanks for letting us stay.'' and I say ''Likewise.'' in unison. “Okay... I'll go order pizza.”

“Get three.” Storm says.

“Why?”

“He'll need it.” Storm says nudging Ben in the shoulder, he glares a little. The five of us laugh though. “I'm 'juz kidding. C'mon, I'll show you my room.” We walk in the room. “Feel free to take off you shoes and set down your backpacks.”

A little while later we're eating pizza and having a laugh as we retell some memories.

“He said that?” Storm asks Vector.

“Yeah, even though I didn't do anything, I was framed but still, he was like ''Go to your room, Vector William, and do all your homework!''.” He mimics he father in a gruff voice. “And I was like ''You're the best!'' and I ran into my room.” We all start laughing then lightning strikes and the lights go out.

“Ahh! It's dark!” Ricky says.

“I think its a power outage, it's really coming down.” Vector says, looking through the window. Another lighting bolt strikes and we flinch.

“I'll go get Jason.” We follow him to the master bedroom door and then it sounds like a bear's snorin' it's head off. “Is Annie in there?” He mumbles. We all crack up, Storm tries the lock but it doesn't budge. “I know how to pick the lock he just gets seriously ticked when I do. Especially when I walk in on him and Annie kissing.”

“When'd that happen?” Vector asks.

“Before I started liking you guys. After that I made a mental note, ''Never pick the lock when Annie's over''.”

“And?” I ask.

“That's it.” He shrugs. “Eh, let em' snore. Let's go back in my room.” We all sit back down and start another conversation after changing into our night clothes, after being asked about what type of job he had in the last town he said he was a mayor's secretary and that since it was hard to smile, he wore a mask, he shows it to us after dusting it off a little. “I wonder what ever happened to the mayor.” He shrugs. “So, any other stories?” We all rack our brains for something.

“I got it!” Ben says. He then tells us a story he told when his team spent the night at Tom's place.

(Near the end) “And when he looked down the hall, ever so slowly, there stood the murderer's ghost, and then the ghost jumped at him!” Ben says swipping around in the dark like a monster. “Then he ran for his life, but he wasn't fast enough.... and the ghost caught him....... and with his knife.... gouged out his stomach and cut out his tongue...... making him suffer his own fate...... and he was never heard from............... AGAIN!!!” He jumps out at us with a bolt of lightning and we scream, though Storm looks only a little affected.

“R-Remind me n-not t-t-to l-let you tell c-c-campfire stories!” Ricky says and dives into his sleeping bag.

“You gotta tell me Tom's reaction to this.” Storm says.
