Chapter 29: The Face Off

After we paid the dress we also bought shoes.

We bought same shoes. It's a plain white shoes that has a check on the right side. I think it is the logo of this branded shoes.

It looks very attractive.

Anyway, we're already wearing those things because he told me that we will pretend that we're into each other. I will pretend that I am his girlfriend.

Uhh, at first I don't agree at him because I know that it can start a misunderstanding between the two of them and it can lead to another problem again.

But, Andrew was very forceful that's why he made me agreed to him.

I don't know why but when it comes to him I felt like I am weak.

       "Where do you want to eat?" He asked me.

I didn't noticed that we're already here in front of many food stalls.

"Uhm, what will I do later? Maybe she will able to caught me." I said.

       "Ssshhh. Don't worry okay? I'm here, I will protect you no matter what." He smiled at me. "For now, you choose first where we will eat."

"Uhh, I don't know any of these." I replied.

     "W...what? Are you kidding me? Don't tell me this is your first time going to the mall." He said.

I nodded.

     "R...really?" He stuttered. "But why? Where you really came from? Dad found you at the resort right? Who's with you that time?" He continually asked me.

"Uhm...." I looked at his eyes. "I will tell you everything when we get home okay? It's just like....this is not the perfect time for that." I said.

Maybe, it's also time for him to know everything. I know I can trust him. I hope that I am right. I hope that I can really depend on him.

       "Promise?"

"Promise."

      "Okay then, let's eat in my favorite restaurant." He said.

I nodded.

As we walk here Castiel suddenly comes in my mind.

I looked at my necklace and still, it's not lighting up. I met a lot of men here in the mall and this necklace still not giving me any clues or reactions. Is this fake? Uh no no, it can't be fake. I trust this necklace because it came from Him. Maybe, Castiel is really not here.

But sometimes I can't blame myself from thinking of why I can't find him? They told me that I will be dragged in the place where I can find him. So where is he? Why our necklace is not lighting up?

W....what if he misplace his necklace? Or....he's not wearing it?

Oh shooot!! I think there's a possibility that I already met him but my necklace will not light up if he didn't wear it.

Also, there are necklaces that are same with mine. Like, Andrew's necklace....

       "Hello? Why--" I heard Andrew talking to someone on his phone, that's why we stopped from walking. "Okay, I'll see you in a bit." He said.

I looked at my watch the he also gave him and I saw that it's already 5 pm. We will see Perry around 6 pm so I think he's talking to Perry.

"Ouch!!" Someone bumped me. When I looked at him, I saw Azael.

He is here, again. Is he really following me? Is he going to say that he already found Castiel? No!

He offers his hands to help me to stand up and I saw his jerk look. He's truly a dauntless.

I rolled my eyes to him and I beaten his hands. Good thing, Andrew helped me to stand.

     "Are you okay?" He asked me and he looked at Azael "Be careful next time, dude! You hurt my girlfriend!"

W....w..what did he say? G..girlfriend? I'm his girlfriend? Did I heard it right?

So....here is how it feels...

Uhm stop Cassian! Stop expecting from him. Remember? You're only temporary here.

I looked at Azael a...and I didn't expect to s..see his shocked face, he was stunned for a moment.

Why is he acting like that? Is there something wrong with what Andrew said?

He immediately walked faster and when he was in the middle of the mall he looked at us and he smiled at me. His evil smile.

       "Idiot." He smirked. "Let's go." Andrew said that's why we start to walk again.

When we were about to enter a restaurant Andrew suddenly stopped and I don't know why. B...but when I looked at the....at the counter, I saw Perry. I was staggered when I saw her looking at us.

"I thought we will see her later?" I asked Andrew and I hold his arms.

      "That's what I know too." He looked at me and said "Smile. Don't show them that you're intimidated or pressured okay? Don't worry I'm here beside you." After he said that he kissed my forehead.

H...he ki...ssed my forehead. I suddenly looked at Perry and I saw her wondering face.

"You will pretend to be my girlfriend." I remembered what Andrew said a while ago that's why I immediately smiled and hold his left hand.

I take a deep breath and we go inside the restaurant. Andrew told me that we will eat to his favorite resto. Wait, is this her favorite restaurant too?

I sighed. Chill, I need to chill.

     "Hey babe what do you like to eat?" He asked me when we get here in the counter. Now, we are very close to Perry. Maybe we're only two steps away from her a...and his boyfriend I think? I saw the guy beside him hold her t...thigh. WHY IS HE DOING IT?!

      "Babe?" Andrew said.

"Uh, sorry. What's your favorite food in here? Uhm I want to taste that too. Uh, yeah your order is my order too." I winked at him.

I glanced at her and I saw that she also glanced at us.

     "Uhm, since you're here too can we talk now? You can join us guys." She approached us. I'm seeing now her lovely face. Now I know why Andrew is really attracted to her. She's way prettier in person than in pictures.

Andrew looked at me and I am about to say something when he said "No problem! Right babe?" Now, he was the one who winked at me.

I think that this will gonna be awkward....
