Chapter 20

Tony's POV

'Im going on a date with my crush!! I should definitely wear something fancy for the date!'

'But what kind of clothes should I wear?? Ahhh forget it, maybe if I ask mom, she will help me!'

I excitedly squeeled skipping happily on the way home.

I finally caught a glimpse of my house from the distance and I sped up. I was now standing right in front of the door when the door suddenly opened itself.

"Welcome home sir. Master and the mistress went out yesterday after the master sent you to the Strange's house. I was required to take care of this house and also to greet you this morning and help you."

I pouted. There's probably something going on at the big building... Hopefully nothing too serious.

"That's a bummer... I was hoping for mom to help me choose my clothes for the date today..."

"Well I don't see any problem of how you wear Sir. You choose your clothes very well, in fact you always choose your clothes perfectly in different occasions sir. I highly doubt you still need the mistress for that."

"Huh... I never knew... I always thought that everytime I go out, I always wear those tacky clothes. Meh. Say J... What kind of clothes would be perfect for a date with Stephen?"

"I highly recommend you to wear one of your suits sir. You always look dashing when you wear one."

I giggled at JARVIS'S comment and instantly went upstairs to my room, and straight to my closet. Now my closet is something you should ever open... Because once you open it, you can use it as a canon.

I forgot everything about it until all of my clothes were scattered around the room. I just sighed. This is one of the reason why I really want a walk-in closet... And it's also because I wanted to see all of my clothes and accessories arranged in one place and easy for me to choose rather than this mess.

I sighed once again and stood up. I quickly rummaging through the mountains of my clothes and finally found my favourite tux.

'hopefully I look good in this...' I put the suit on top of my bed and went to my private bathroom to get ready.

Meanwhile...

Stephen's POV

"Okay calm down Stephen.... You can do this.... You can do this..... NOPE I CANT DO THIS."

I ran back inside my car and cursed myself for being a total idiot for being scared of even knocking on the door... But I can't help it... I feel my anxiety fill my heart and a thousand question flooded my mind.

'what if I messed up while we are having our date?!'

'what if I don't look good in this suit?!'

'what if I'm a total embarrassment to Tony?!- no... Tony would never think of me like that...'

I groaned and hit my forehead on the steering wheel...

What am I doing right now.... I shouldn't be like this... I finally got the chance to actually date Tony... I shouldn't be a coward... I promised that I would make him my boyfriend... Yeah! Tony's father believes in me!

"You know what... I should be the man that Tony deserves! I'm going to go up to that door and knock on it and be the dreamy guy that Tony always dreamed of."

With determination, I got out of the car with the bouquet of flowers on my hand and slammed the car door close.

I took brave steps and I was now, once again, standing right in front of Tony's door. I was about to knock on it when the door instantly opened and revealed Tony with his own suit but damn he looks so... Beautiful and handsome and cute and other words I can't express at this moment.

"Hey Stephen! Sorry if you were waiting for me outside that long... I saw your car from my bedroom window so I just did what I can with my suit and hair. So sorry for keeping you waiting!"

I was still in a daze, looking at Tony. He was a total angel... How did I deserve to date this cute creature...

"U-umm... Stephy...? I-I know you've never seen me wear my suits before so it might look weird on me am I right?" Tony pouted and his words brought me back to reality.

"What? Why would you think that way about you?! Your totally fine- no scratch that, your totally mesmerizing in that suit. Believe me love.."

I could see the visible blush on his cheek and ears. He is too cute for me to bear...

I extended my hands to Tony, gesturing him to hold it. "Shall we go to our date Mr. Stark?" I winked at him.

He giggled and took my hand in his. "Why of course Mr Strange."

No One's POV

The whole ride was filled with laughter and happiness between the two love birds.

"There was this one time where me and Bruce actually try to make a robot but Bruce accidently cut a wire and the robot was literally a bomb. His face was black and his expression was priceless"

"Wait, you and Bruce tried to make a robot?! Like seriously?"

"Yeah but it didn't work out because Bruce kind of destroyed the robot and he was like traumatized after that. He was hugging me as if his life depended on it and I had to endure it all day."

And then somehow, Stephen was kind of curious and he just had to ask Tony.

"W-was the hug better than m-mine?"

Tony was amused by Stephen's question and decided to play around for a bit.

"Hmm... Was it? I'm not sure tho..." Tony was now smiling and try to cover it.

"Tony! Come on be serious.." Stephen pouted.

"Alright, alright! His hugs were good but I prefer yours."

Stephen was smiling like an idiot while driving and after a few more teasing and jokes, they finally arrived at their first destination for their date.

"Stephen... Are you sure about this? I mean both of us are born in a wealthy family but is it really necessary for an extravagant place to have our date?"

"Of course it is! This is our first date I want it to be special for the both of us. And don't worry, I'm the gentleman here and so I'll be courting you Tony." Stephen playfully bowed at Tony and winking at him.

"Would you like to continue this conversation inside my darling?" Stephen said and gave Tony his hands.

"Why of course my love." Tony laughed at Stephen and both of them ran inside the building like children who are in love.
