The Girl Out of Time

CH 1

(OK for starters I shall explain ' ' this means thinking. " " this is speaking like we all know this... I hope. * * these are actions that the character does... Its only used if I don't feel like taking a long time of explaining actions or finding the correct words... And () anything in that is Me speaking and putting my two cents in.... I think that's all I need to say before you start to read... Well enough of me rambling, on with the story :3 )

“I got it!” A voice yelled.

“Audre in coming!” Another voice yelled as a blue green gem with strange symbols in it, was thrown my way.

“I got it!” I yelled then the gem started to glow. As I was being swallowed by light all I saw were those who I care for go down with blood all over and people in black surrounding me then all went white….

“Audre time to get up were going to be late to see your favorite magician.” A voice I recognized called up to me…. I got up and looked around to see my old room when I was a kid.

‘This…. it worked’ I look down to see the gem turned into a necklace and was around my neck. ‘Time to correct the past’ I thought as I got off my bed, got dressed and headed down stairs. When I walked into the kitchen/dining room I was greeted to my favorite... Breakfast pizza. I jumped up on the chair and started to eat. After I finished I took a drink of orange juice.

“Your going to choke if you keep going like that… take a breather it's not going any ware.” A voice said from the kitchen.

I looked up to see my caretaker and I started to cry I ran up to him and hugged him saying “your alive!”

He looked down at me “of course I’m alive…. did you have another bad dream?” His tone turned serious and looked worried at me.

“Yes.” Was the only thing I could get out.

He finished putting the leftovers in the fridge and bent down to pick me up. “Would you like to tell me about this dream?” He asked in a comforting tone. I nodded and he took me into the living room and set me in my chair then sat in his. “I’m all ears so start when your ready.”

I sat there for a moment to get my thoughts together before I spoke. *deep breath* “I had a dream that everyone i cared for died and I couldn’t do anything to help them.” I said. He got up and patted my head then crouched down to my level.

“Hear” he lifted up my hand and put it on the pulse point on the neck.” See I’m alive I have a pulse so if you are ever unsure just do this ok?” I nodded and gave a smile and wiped away the tears. “Good now go grab you bag.” He said and I ran up the stairs and grabbed it. We headed out the door to go to the magic show that we were invited to.
