"C'mon, brother!", Shuri called as she headed towards the gate of the boarding High School. She was amazed by the sights of the buildings, which seemed almost ancient.

T'Challa was not as anticipated for the new school term. He was now in the upper class and somehow found it rather annoying that his little sister got in the tenth grade now. Nevertheless he was glad to see his pals again, whom he hadn't seen since the start of the holidays. Everybody had gone to vacation, and so he had felt pretty lonely. The only one who was seemingly always around was the younger brother of one of T'Challa's pals, Thor. He was all in all rather scary, and, with his dark hair, pale skin, and piercing, dangerously sparkling eyes, when you interrupted his reading, looked a little like a vampire. Because Thor was the exact opposite of him, so were his parents, they always made jokes about him being adopted.
T'Challa shook these thoughts off. 'Why ruin the first day by wasting your time with thinking of this jerk?', he thought to himself, then trotted after his sister.

Thor let out a breath as he saw Loki stepping out of the dorm's door. "Do you, brother, only have black clothing?", he asked. Loki shrugged as he shouldered his bag with only one handle over his shoulder and plugged his headphones in his ears. Thor sighed, then started walking from the dorm towards the school building.

Loki trotted behind Thor while the music rang in his head. He was annoyed by how early Thor had forced him to leave. He probably still had hope that his little brother would start to socially engage with people, but he never had. The whole year he had been at the school he had only talked when he was asked to, and only as much as he had to.

At eight thirty a bus arrived and many students got out. As always, Stephen, a tall, strange guy and Wanda, a shy girl, were chatting.

Behind them Steve, Tony, Natasha, Bruce, Clint, James, Pietro, Pepper, and Okoye, got out. This group always stuck together, sometimes varying between the people who would hang around with them, but this core team would always stand up and out.
Tony was the oldest of them all. He was already eighteen and in the graduation class. Bruce was seventeen and a half year old and, just as Okoye and Clint, who were both seventeen, in Tony's grade. Natasha, James, Pietro, Steve, and Pepper were one grade below them.

Just as the nine of them stopped their walk to chat a little, a younger man walked up to them, smiling sheepishly as he held out his hand to everybody and no-one. "Hi. Uhm, I'm Peter. Nice to meet you", he said awfully awkwardly, but nevertheless Tony shook his hand. "Anthony", he said slyly, but with a smile.
The others just raised their hands for greetings.

"I guess, we should head for the dorm", Steve suggested after a while, as the yard began to clear.
Natasha nodded slightly. "Yup, that's probably right."

A/N: Hello people. I thought you all might be interested in an Avengers High School AU. If that's the case, I would love you to send some request and suggestions for interactions between the characters. I'm writing all characters, also the ones I might have forgotten to mention in this introductory chapter. (Also the Guardians and X-Men, but only on request. 🙃)
I hope you'll enjoy.
