She fell to her knees in the mud as it was pouring, around her knees, that was bare since she was wearing shorts, were being covered mud and gross things. Her tears fell onto the ground, mixing with the mud and rainwater. She reached out and touched the casket that held her father, her last living relative, making the girl homeless. Her father died of old age, in a chair in their living room while reading his favorite book and drinking his favorite tea, green tea with a little bit of peppermint mixed with it.

The girl was 16 years of age and in the middle of her high school years, her name was Lilly, she resembled her father when he was younger, with silver hair and violet eyes, her father was 40 years of age and had a heart attack. His eyesight was fading, causing him to need glasses to see anything around him. His glasses were thick and bulky, making it so that they slid off his thin face fairly easily.

These things are things she remembered vividly about him, all his kind deeds he did to help her by giving her a home and a roof over her head when her mother kicked her out of the house. As she sobbed on the ground, she thought of what she was going to do, she was not going to go back to her abusive mother’s house, and she didn’t want to run away from the town she loved so deeply. She was the only one their, leaving her alone and cold as she started to walk home as they lowered his body into the grave.

She walked off, onto the street and looked around, noticing no one on the road, the grave that they buried her father at was near a national park and there were roads around them. It eas crazy to say the least, usually, there are many cars around, even if it was raining. Lilly started to walk home, which was nearby maybe a 6-minute walk. As she walked into the street, she could hear car screeches in the distance. She didn’t think anything of it, as it seemed in the distance. But she was wrong.

A few seconds later, she was hit by a sleek black car, it looked fancy and drove fast. Someone ran out of the car, a man in a black trenchcoat, he was tall and had blond hair, he had brown eyes, dark brown eyes. He picked up the girl, looking her over to see if she was alright, her right arm was broken and so was her leg, which was bleeding. The man took off his coat and draped it over her and set her in the back of his car, not wanting her to get blood on the front seat.

He drove for what seemed like hours to him since he wasn’t used to driving, even though he only looked 20-years of age. He started to drive out in the middle of the forest, which has no road into. The trees were thick and dark oak wood and almost everywhere their was blackthorn trees, small trees that reach 9 to 12 feet high with blackish-brown bark and dense, stiff, spiny branches.

Suddenly the car disappears and now the two were just... floating. The girl was pale, as she has lost a lot of blood, the man looked back at her briefly before stopping in the middle of a clearing. The man picked up the girl, carrying her t the clearing, the further he got to the center, the more and more a house appeared, it was huge.

The house looked like a mansion, 4 stories high and it seemed it was made from the dark oak that was around the house. Their were shrubs in front of the house, flowers that looked Exspsive and not even a real flower that was around, Anywhere. In the back of the house, their was a huge garden, herbs to vegetable/fruits to flowers were in the garden, a lady was watering the flowers and when she saw the man, her eyes grew in shock and she ran inside.
