Third-person P.O.V

Many years ago, there was a girl who lived in a house upon a hill now this girl was no ordinary girl she was filled with magic. some believed she was powerful enough to create worlds she had never tried though because, why would someone make a new world. She was short and pale and was just slightly curvy, her hair was as smooth as silk it was about shoulder length its color was a dirty blonde but when the sun hit it just right it almost looked red, she had hazel eyes and a cute button nose her lips were small and thin that girls name was Mila Opals.

And the house was so beautiful it almost looked magical. it was small and simple with stone walls and a straw roof but it's like people say its what's on the inside that counts. Inside the house was a living room a kitchen one bathroom and two small bedrooms and a basement. Now, what was in that basement almost no one knew but me I've seen it with my own eyes it had bookshelves filled to the brim with books upon books, but these books were no ordinary books they were magic books. Their pages filled with spells their covers old and worn. The rest of the basement was simple except the cauldron in the center of the room that was not quite as simple. But enough about the house lets get on to the real story, the story of the girl who made the moon.

Mila was walking through the woods towards the hill on which she lived. When something caught her attention. Off to the side of the path was a small child a little boy he was sitting under a tree all alone Mila walked over to him and asked "what are you doing out here all on your own?" the little boy looked up to her and said "I have nowhere else to go" she looked at him with a sad look on her face she'd always felt bad for people with no home to go back to at the end of the day for it got so dark at night. As there was nothing more than the stars to light up the sky at night.

As she looked at the little boy she got an idea it would take a lot of her strength but it would help so many people she crouched down and spoke to the boy again asking "what is your name?" he looked at her and responded with "Oliver Newcrest, Why?" she smiled at him and said " I need your help with something Oliver, can you help me" he thought for a second before nodding his head and smiling Mila said "great, follow me" he stood up and as she started towards her house again Oliver following behind.

. . .

when the two of them walked into Milas's house Oliver looked around at everything in the house cleary having never really seen anything this nice. Mila walked over to him and said "Follow me" she then walked over to some stairs and started walking down them. When she noticed that Oliver wasn't following her she looked back at him and said "Are you coming?" he nodded and then started down the stairs with her.

Now at the bottom of the stairs, Mila walked over to a desk in the corner of the room and sat down. After that, she called over to Oliver saying "Hey can you grab that red book for me, the one with the stars on the side of it" he nodded then went over to the bookshelf and grabbed the book. While he was over there he looked at some of the other books on the shelf and then asked "Hey Mila are you a witch?" she looked over at him nodded and said "Yes but I'm a good witch" he walked over to her with the book in his hand then said "I wish I could do magic " Mila then looked at him her lips pursed and said "Its not as fun as it seems, in fact, it gets quite annoying" Oliver nodded his head at her in response Mila then said "Can I have that book now" he looked down to his hand to see that he was still holding the book that she had asked for and handed it to her immediately. She chuckled at the young boy's nervous actions. she then opened up the book and mumbled "Now where is that spell?" she looked up and said, "Must be the wrong book". she then got up, went over to her bookshelf and grabbed a green book with a deer on the front of it and a blue book with a tree and the side of it. Mila handed the blue book to Oliver and said "Look for the page that has pictures of planets on it okay" he nodded then sat down on the floor and started to look through the book Mila then sat back at her desk and started to look through the red book.

After Looking through many more books they finally found what they were looking for a spell that could make planets. In order to complete this spell, Mila would need Two oak leaves "for who knows what reason" said Mila they would also need five large rocks and a single grain of salt. "So few things for such a large spell" commented Oliver, Mila nodded agreeing with what Oliver had just said.

It took two days total to collect the items needed for the spell. Mila and Oliver stood in the basement of Milas house in front of the cauldron Oliver spoke saying "Are you ready for this?" Mila looked at him and said "I was born ready" though Oliver could tell she was nervous of course Oliver himself would be nervous if he was about to attempt what she was. she then walked over to the cauldron grabbed the items needed of the floor and put them in along with some water. she then started chanting the spell first in a whisper then talking in a normal voice and eventually She was practically yelling. It was as if a large gust of wind was going through the basement, as all the books on the bookshelf flew off of it the pictures on the walls fell to the floor and all the papers in the room were flying everywhere.

After what felt like forever to poor Oliver, the wind finally stopped along with Milas chanting. She stood there panting looking quite tired out. Oliver ran over to her and asked in a panicked voice " Are you okay?" she looked at him smiled and said "Never been better" he sighed in relief that his friend was okay. he then asked "Did it work" Mila shrugged and said, "we'll just have to go and find out, I do believe the sun is going down". they both ran up the stairs and outside staring at the night sky or more specifically what was in it Oliver asked "what should we call it" after thinking for a minute Mila replied " the moon" Oliver looked at her and asked, "Why?" Mila looked at him and said " Mila Opals M.O Oliver Newcrest O.N together it spells moon" Oliver Thought for a second then said, "I like it".

So that night the whole world looked up to the sky, or more up to the moon...
