Hi everyone! So during the week I haven't been sleeping very well, I've had this problem since I was seven. But it was absolutely horrible this week. I have been getting 6-8 hours of sleep when I usually get 10 hours of sleep. I have been feeling exhausted and laggy. It took me a while to think of this idea so if it's bad, it's because I exhausted and my brains not working. Hope you have a lovely morning/afternoon/night!
