as we all know, last summer was released in 2018 meaning the summer johnny was talking about is 2017. people thought it was about mackenzie ziegler but other people thought it was about annie leblanc and there are a lot of reasons why. firstly, annie was in toronto in 2017 filming for we are savvy so she saw johnny a few times.
