it's the second term of the year last term was so good I never loved school more

*mark's pov*
I finished my soccer practice and as fast as I could I went to eat at the cafeteria with y/n I saw her smiling at her phone so I went up to her scared her a little by taping on her shoulder and said:
"what are you smiling at!"

"Hey, it's nothing" she blushed
"come on tell me!!!" I insisted
"okay fine-" before she could continue
my best friend luca interrupted us

"sorry for interrupting" he apologised
"mark, coach says we have another practice
at the 4th period" he continued

"wow you practice a lot" she said
"yea" I agreed
"oh btw this is my best friend
Luca, luca this is y/n" I introduced them

"yea we have already met, but wait if he is your best friend then what am I? A potato?" She mumbled

"aww someone's jealous!"
"He is my guy best friend and you are my
girl best friend" i hugged her from the side
"okie" she acted like a cute baby

"but wait when did you meet?" I asked
"I met him at the first day of school, he
showed me around" she answerd

"aha so he was your tour student"
"not exactly, Heather was but she didn't show
me around so he did"
"I don't like that Heather girl"

"me neither!" Y/n and luca shouted at the same
time which made us all laugh

"wait how come we all never been together at the same time it's the second term of school year!" She questioned
"I know right, that's weird"

After few minutes luca left and I asked y/n why was she smiling, I'm really Curious!

"Okay so, I have home town
girl best friend " she started
"woah woah woah, you said a girl?"
"I know, I don't go along with girls but she is the only one that I can accept" she explained
"okay.."

"So, she posted a picture of me I took earlier"
"wait you took a picture?" I interrupted
"yea.." She replied "and stop interrupting me!" She continued
"sorry but you haven't send it to me?"

"Uhm maybe.." "Look in my defence I was just asking her opinion on the photo cuz I didn't like it that much, but she thought it's so good which I can't understand why and posted it" she continued

"can I see?" I asked as she showed me the picture and damn "woah!"

I showed him the picture and he went like woah!
"I'm a gorgeous queen get used to that"

"full of yourself much?" He smirked

"I'm sending it to me" he said as I giggled

"okay so she said that one of her guy friends (jake) who lives in Fairfield which is so close from here, saw her story (my picture) anddd he asked her if Im okay with him adding my snap! And I said I didn't mind"

"wait you said you didn't mind?" He snapped a little
"yea what's wrong!" I'm confused

"y/n he only want's your snap because of your PHOTO! He is using your looks he doesn't know YOU nor your personality" why did he cautioned like that

"W-what do you mean" I asked
"YOU DON'T understand y/n! I know guys okay. And he isn't good for you! End of discussion " he shouted

"Why are you acting like this, I never
saw you this mad!" I bet it's shown on my face
My anxiety went from 5% to 90%
But I kinda know how to control it I hate looking weak when I have my anxiety so I became as mad as I could

"you have no right of shouting at me you know, it's my decision not yours!" I snapped back

Oof I don't know why I couldn't hold myself and snapped at her like that

"I'm sorry for acting this way, but I care about you I don't want anyone to hurt you. I know how boys like jake think
and he is not good for you" I explained

*He started again*
"I know it's not okay so go on get mad do something react!"

"Why do you want me to get mad?" I chuckled
"Okay Yea I got mad a little but it's fine, you should have just told me calmly tho" I explained

"I'm sorry again"

"it's fine no big deal" I replied
"are we good?" He asked
"yep, all good" I pumped his fist
But he hugged me to make sure it's all good

"get a room!" Luca came from no where
"shut up!" Me and Mark said at the same time
"can't two best friends hug in peace?" I giggled

"oh yea they can but not you love birds" Luca teased
