After school we all met up at Valencia's house to make plans.
"Ok what about the movies?" i suggested.
"No we just went last night and there's nothing to watch right now." Ameera said.
Earlier Ameera said she just got suspended for today and Monday. Which her mom surprisingly didn't get mad at because of the reason for her behavior.
"Oh my god gurls get dressed we're going to a party!"she screamed while texting somebody.
"Hell yeah!" I said while going to grab my car keys to go home get ready.
I took Delilah and Ameera with me since we live on the same street.
As I was getting my makeup done in my room I could hear my dad screaming at my brother.
I put my makeup brush down and went to go see what was going on.
To no surprise I saw all the beer bottles on the table, all empty and some spilling off the table.
I picked them up from spilling and ran to get some paper towels.
"Ok what is going on, who's drinking all this alcohol?" I got my answer when I turned around and saw my dad pointing a wobbly finger at my brother Ronnie who was trying to get away from him.
"Dad what is going on, let him go come on!" I screamed while trying to stop him from almost punching Ronnie.
"Where do you think you are going dressed up like that Vera!" My dad screamed and let go of Ronnie.
"I'm just going to Valencia's house because her parents invited me to a Carne Asada." I lied.
"Don't you lie to me Vera we all know where you are going. Just trying to be hoe all the damn time. I didn't raise you like this!" he slurred.
"Your right dad, you are, because you didn't raise me to be like this, you didn't even raise me at all!" I screamed out to him and ran to go get my purse and keys to leave.
Once I got my stuff I ran out the door ignoring my dad screaming for me to come back.
I closed the door to my car and put the keys in the ignition.
I started to back up the car but then I put my foot on the brake when I saw that Ronnie was rushing to my car.
I unlocked the door so he could get in.
