Sarah Williams sits on the couch in a therapists office, She sent there by her doctor, and her older brother Justin. You see Sarah has extreme depression, she's been dealing with it since her parents had died in a fire when she was around 7 years old. Ever since she's had depression welling up more and more inside of her.

Sarah was collecting her thoughts when she heard a Door open, she looked over to a woman. The woman was tall and tanned, her hair was clearing and at L-bow length. She had dark brown eyes and was wearing a feminine suit with sliver loop earrings.

"Hello Miss.Williams, I'm Mrs. Sanders ." Said the tall woman walking up and extending her hand to Sarah. Sarah gave the woman a soft smile and shook her hand. Mrs. Sanders took a seat in a small chair in front of Sarah. "So you file here says you suffer from some disorders my dear. I would like to help you. But first I would like to get to know you first." She smiles to Sarah, Sarah looks at the floor "well... For starters...I Work at a Hospital." Sarah says clearly a bit nervous. "That's awesome! What is your practice?" Mrs. Sanders asks enthusiastically.

Sarah's dark blue and brown eyes look up from the floor "I'm a diagnostician" she replies. Mrs Sanders Smiles "that's so cool! Its the first time I have had one here. So what has been bothering you lately?" She asks totally flipping the Subject and very unsettle. Sarah's sighs "you see, I've been battling with depression for awhile now. And as of lately it's gotten worse." Sarah says looking into Mrs.sanders eyes. Mrs sanders gave her a look of concern and empathy "oh, when did it all start? And what do you think triggered it? Did it just start happening out of the blue?" Mrs sanders says making hand jesters.
Sarah's jaw clenches "well, my parents died when I was 7. Since then I guess you could say I haven't exactly been the same person i used to be." She says taking in a deep breath. Mrs sanders nods "I'm so sorry for your loss." She bites her lip "do you have any more family that are able to be with you?" She asks leaning, making her L-bows rest on her knees as some of her Dark brown locks rest in front of them.
"I have my older Brother, Justin. He's always there for me when I need him.. He's the one that picked you as my Therapist." She said scratching the back of her head awkwardly.
After almost an hour of talking about things and trying to get to the core of Sarah's depression their time together was about up.
Mrs Sanders nods and smiles once again to Sarah  "Sarah, I'd like to help you get better and become your ideal self. But I won't be able to do it with you wanting to do it. And you shouldn't have to do it for just everyone else like your brother; but you should do it for yourself." She says smiling "you have a lot of potential, you've just been in the dark for so long my dear " she sits up straight to looks to Sarah who has wide eyes. Sarah Smiles and nods "ok I'll try my best to change. For the better" sits up. Mrs sanders writes on a piece of paper "here you should get these pills from the pharmacy down stairs, they will help you cope with you depression and help you out."
Sarah smiles as they say their goodbyes Sarah grabs her bag and the paper.
And then leaves to the elevator, she pressed to the main level which button was 1 with a little star beside it. She goes to the pharmacy and they gave her exactly what she 'needed'.
Sarah sighed while she walked to her car "Anti-depressants. They never really work. Whatever it doesn't matter as long as Justin thinks I'm ok." Sarah wipes her eyes because they started to tear up a little. She took a long deep breath and started her car. She looked up at the sky, today it was gloomy and dark "the sky and me feel the same today, don't we?" She says to herself. She gets out of the parking lot and starts making her way back home. As she got onto the highway rain started pouring down. As soon as Sarah had gotten home she parked the car and was heading into the apartment building she took residence in with her brother who is 27. She walked up flights of stairs till she got to the 4th floor. She walked to her room and was digging threw her purse for her keys. She almost had a heart attack because she couldn't find them in there. Luckily they were in her coat pocket. She unlocked the door and headed in, she kicked off her shoes and threw her coat onto her couch. She took her anti-depressants out of her bag and opened it up "take two a day as you see needed" Sarah read out loud to herself "I'll take four." She said blankly as she took out four of the pills and got herself a glass of water. She started swallowing them, one by one. She placed down the glass and stood there for a second in silence "is there going to be a change?.." She waits "Nope. Still want to kill myself." She says throwing herself onto the couch "gosh." Sarah grabs the TV remote and turns it on and starts flipping threw the channels. She ends up stoping on one of the channels that was play the office. She smiled and leaned back into the couch as she took a throw blanket and wrapped herself in it. Doing things like this would always help her try to feel better and keep her mind off of her depression. She stayed like that till she soon fell asleep.
