The end of the f***king world (future)

Chapter 5

The night whizzed away like a thousand lightning bolts, James sat there hugging his wife in their warm bed the baby in the crib next to them, the baby whined and sobbed but Alyssa smiled and hugged it and the sobbing stopped.

Sophie and Simon wanted to leave, they felt as if the baby was the main attention seeker, it stole their parents they packed some snacks and their clothes and prizes possessions and walked out of their room they quickly and quietly tip toed down stairs and creaked the door open then the two bolted far into the town and to their favourite place their first place they walked on the play park.

The morning came to a halt Alyssa strutted into her delightful two kids room but they're beds were deserted and empty James awoke hearing a beaming wail, he jumped up and bolted to Alyssa then he screamed in despair they're kids were gone expect from the adorable little baby laying in its crib, Alyssas mum came running over in complete confusion, then she screamed too the police were dialled with 3 adults sobbing in despair.

Dispatcher- Hello 911 what is your emergency?!

James- my two children are gone!

Dispatcher- Gone?! What do you mean?

James- me and my wife woke up and checked on them are they're missing.

Dispatcher- okay stay on the line, I'm sending three groups of swat teams and three police men.

James- my address is 6 avenue street.

Dispatcher- okay.

James sobbed louder and then the sound of beaming sirens echoed and the three stepped out onto   the doorstep in pjs crying, "are you 6 avenue street?" An officer said, he looked at the trio intently and then got back into his car "I'll find your kids, get inside the car." He said to James, James crept into the car, and waved goodbye to his lover and her mother.

Alyssa got into a female officers car that drove her around the block then extended across the whole town and started questioning neighbours one had an eery presence about her she had raven black hair and brown eyes and wrinkles beyond ugly. She made Alyssa scared because she was twice her age she killed one of her own children called destiny, she got in jail for two years wasn't enough, she kept staring at Alyssa in disgust "why are you a good mom?" She whispered in Alyssas ear, "if I had kids like you they'd be dead!" She said to Alyssa, she shook then stared at the insane lady, she left the house after that and ran around the town once again, and went to their favourite play park, they were no where to be seen, a white car pulled up in front of Alyssa "Come in babe." James said, wheeling the windows down, Alyssa hopped in and then James saw something... Simons favourite dinosaur... covered in a red substance... he gasped and hopped out the car and ran toward the discovery, it was simons he picked it up and leapt back into the car...
