I was watching the video of Charlie and Katy Killjoy, it was funny but sad, this girl was so upbeat it's hard to believe she was born in Hell. I mean, she wants to rehabilitate sinners because of overpopulation, and while that is noble she doesn't even know if it works. I feel bad for her. She's so sweet and nice, but she just doesn't understand how her own residents think, does she? Oh well...not my problem.

I took the elevator downstairs and glanced to the stage while walking to the bar. Katy was dancing beautifully, and had a bunch of guys around stage whistling and yelling for her to strip. She slid of the pole and smacked one of them across the face. I sat down at one of the stools and Rose came over. "Did you watch the video yet?" I asked. She smiled and nodded, "Jack showed it to me when I got behind the bar. It's just sad seeing Charlie like that. I used to be very close with her mom and I would babysit Charlie. She's very unique."

Then, Jack came over again, like early this morning but he looks angry now, and sat down next to me. "Tequila...preferably now, Rose." Rose shook her head to herself and walked away and started pouring it into a shot glass, then slid it to him. Just like early this morning, he drank it down immediately. "Did you loose again?" Rose asked him, trying to be polite about it, I think because he looks irritated. "No...but he's playing strip poker again." Rose sighed looking annoyed now. I decided to chime in. "Who's playing strip poker and why is it so bad to you guys?" Rose noticed someone else at the bar and went over to serve them. Jack said to me, "Listen, (f/n), we don't allow it because it causes too many problems. Rape, verbal sexual harassment, bar fights, and then issues about the game itself. The guys will accuse the girls of cheating when they weren't and so on. As for who, it's our little cat friend."

I looked towards the poker tables and saw Husk playing with a woman, she had long, orange hair pulled into pigtails with her bangs in her face but out of the way of her eyes. She was wearing a yellow v-neck shirt that was mostly covered by a black crop top jean jacket. She was also wearing black ripped jeans, and her socks were white. Her shoes were off, she wore black and white converse, and they were sitting neatly on the floor. I got up and walked over. I could hear Jack telling me no, but I kept walking. I stood behind her and whispered in her ear, "Hey, come to the elevator hallway with me, I need to talk to you." and walked towards the hallway.

I watched her get up and walk towards me and when she walked up she said, "He thinks I'm cheating now..." "I figured. But I want you to do yourself a favor. Don't play against the kitty. He's a professional gambler and you shouldn't bet your dignity like that. Plus, it's against the rules because it causes too many problems." She nodded, "Thanks...I'm Tina, by the way." "(f/n), and you're welcome." "Say...you and that cat aren't related, are you?" "Oh God no, as he said, 'What you want, a cookie for looking like the greatest gambler in Hell? Well too bad, I'm not giving you a damn cookie.'" "Wow he's such an asshole...well, thanks. I'm staying with the lead dancer Katy if you wanna chill..." she blushed as she handed me a card.

"It's my business card...sorry, I don't have my personal on me..." I smiled at her and responded, "It's okay." She smiled back at me and walked away.

I walked back to the bar and sat down next to Jack. He whisper-shouted at me, "What were you thinking!?" "To stop the problem." He sighed and looked back over to the poker table where Husk was sitting. Tina was getting yelled at by the guys around her and she was telling them off. "Uh...what's Tina's sexuality? She blushed when she handed me her business card..." "Oh? She's straight I think, but she seems to get fidgety when it comes to doing certain things...she's more uncomfortable with females too, but that's all."

He went behind the bar and poured himself three more shots of tequila. I stood up and reached over the counter and grabbed two of the shot glasses from him before he drank them. "Hey!" "You shouldn't drink so much...that's the last shot you get." He stared into my eyes, angrily first, but then he seemed to soften when he realized I was concerned. He put the bottle back where it went and drank his last shot. I smiled and took the other two and drank them. His jaw dropped in surprise. "You...drink? You drink? I didn't see you as a drinker..." I snickered at him and put the glasses on the bar. "Yeah I am...wait, where did Rose go?" "She went upstairs...someone had a seizure, but luckily she's trained and has equipment to help them." "Oh wow...well, hope they're okay..." I said. "They will be...say, wanna watch me take on that kitten at Blackjack?" "I'd love to watch you loose, yes I would." "You'll eat those words, (f/n)!"

So I was standing behind him as the dealer dealt the cards to Husk and Jack after they placed their bets of them both betting $500. Husk had an Ace and a 8 of Hearts, while Jack had an 4 of Clubs and a Queen, which meant he was loosing this round. I grinned and Jack noticed and said, "Hey stop it...you can't be giving hints, remember?" Husk chuckled and said, "Stand." The dealer nodded and looked at Jack. "Hit." The dealer handed Jack another card and I looked at it. I sighed, he had a 2 of Spades. He still was loosing, but I wasn't allowed to say anything. Jack looked at his three cards and said, "Stand." The dealer said, "Husk wins." Jack groaned and Husk chuckled at took the stacks of casino chips to his side.

Katy walked over, and said, "Care for the lady to join?" I smiled at her and said, "I don't think they care... I'm just here to watch Jack loose." Jack growled at that and shoved me off of him, I had been leaning on his back. She giggled, and I noticed Husk staring at me and Katy. I grinned as I had a sudden burst of confidence with the gambler. "What do you want pussy cat, do you like what you see or something?" Damn, that felt weird as fuck but it was needed, it feels like forever since I've flirted with someone. Husk growled at me, looked down to hide a slight blush, and said, "No. Sit down Katy if you're gonna play." She sat next to Jack, giggling and held up her hand so I gave her a high five. Well...here goes...

Okay so I know some people are confused and I wanted an actual gambling scene so I had to look up the rules. Blackjack's rules is to basically get the closest to 21 or exactly 21, if who you're playing with exceeds 21 you just need to hit 21. At least, I think so, I dunno, if any of you do please feel free to correct me! Anyway, hope you enjoyed! The Hazbin Hotel will be in the next one I promise!
