Coco POV

I just couldn't believe it as I watch my little brother Y/n walk over to the quarantine zone I walked back to my dorm we had the window covered up but I could hear it the sirens and the loud door opening then after a couple minutes the loud closing of the metal doors I then sat down and went to bed trying not to think about losing the only family I have left I then slowly fell asleep

A day later

Y/n POV

I was walking with Richard I kept having this feeling we're being followed but I pushed it off but during the night me and him were taking shifts I took first shift were camping at a store called "From Dust Till Dawn" but we slept on the second floor I was looking out the window but I thought I saw a Red Ring in one of the windows but when I tried to get a better look at it but it just disappeared but now we are walking to the local mall to see if that's a good place to start as we approach to the mall I saw something that was pretty damn intimidating there was three people in firefighter gear setting bodies and cars on fire We then went to cover

Richard: what do we do?

I then looked over I then studied them I then noticed a flaw I then looked at Richard

Y/n: I'll shoot the red gas tanks on their back you get the stragglers

I then pulled out my Crossbow I aimed at the gas tank that was on the back of one I fired then everything felt like it went slow I watched as the bolt went flying then it made contact exploding the man that it was on killed him instantly then the shrapnel went flying all over the place it killed the mam that was closes to him and injured last one Richard immediately killed him we then did a high five then we got up and continued our way towards to the mall

Later

After awhile We made it to the mall and another thing I learned Richards nickname it's Azeri I like it but then We the Walked over to the door we went in there was stores already looted and a couple on fire but this place look defendable

Y/n: Azeri go set up the radio I'll go shoot off the flare and be careful incase we're not the only ones here

He then nodded and walked off I then walked back out I looked around I saw nobody I then pulled out a flare gun that was apart of our equipment I aimed into the air and fired and just as I fired it I heard shooting in the building and I heard something I didn't want to hear

I then assumed they were inside I then ran in I burst through the door the gunshots became louder I ran to the place of origin I then made it I saw Richard in a gunfight with The Rouge Agents there was approximately three Rouge agents I then pulled out my rifle and give him supporting fire I managed to hit one of them in the arm but it didn't do much since he had armour on his arms but it did distract him enough for Richard to get a shot off with his M14 hitting him in the head killing him instantly i then threw one of those bundled drones looking things I saw it unfolded itself And turned into a drone and it started shooting at the agents giving covering fire for use I pulled out my Crossbow I loaded a explosive bolt I aimed for what I assumed was a dangling bag of ether grenades or something else I decided to take that gamble and fired and the next thing I hear is a big explosion going off so I guess I assumed right and that gamble paid off I made my way over to the blast zone I pulled out my P90 i slowly approach I heard something dragging and coughing I then walked around it I saw one still alive he then turned and tried to shoot a pistol at me but i kicked it out his hand then he started talking
