The group stood their ground at the bridge, blocking Underbite's path. "Sorry, Underbite, this bridge is closed." Bumblebee said, as he, Grimlock and the others fought the Chompiziod back. Bee stunned him with his Decepticon hunter. "Fix-it, you are my favourite Mini-Con."Suddenly Underbite came back around as their weapons started backfiring. "Fix-it, I'm rethinking my rankings." Meanwhile, Rachel was still working through the boxes. She looked out the window, which had a view of the Crown City bridge, and nearly froze when she saw someone she knew. "Bumblebee...?"... "I need a little iron to get my full shred back, and I don't care if I have to go through you to get it." "Ready for your backup plan, sir." Strongarm said. "I don't have one. Get out of here!" "Why don't we just start punching and see how it turns out?" Grimlock said. "Take your best shot, you overgrown schnauzer!" Denny yelled. Suddenly a honking horn made them look to see Sideswipe driving at them, with the beaver figurines behind him. "Hey under breath!" "Come and get it!" "Just the pick me up I was looking for." Sideswipe then took off, with the con right behind him. "Rusty!" Kaitlynn kept looking behind them to make sure that Underbite was still following them. "Okay, we got him away from the city, now what?" "I haven't really though that far ahead. We need to lead him somewhere there's no metal." Russell said. "Or humans." Sideswipe added. Then they all had the same idea. "The quarry!" Soon the arrived around the sight and cornered Underbite on the ledge. All of them began trying to force him off. "Give it everything you've got! Everything!" Suddenly Underbite grabbed one of the figurines and shoved them all back, grabbing Denny's truck. "Who's the boss now, huh?" "Dad!" Russell cried, running toward his dad before Bee stopped him, "Fall back!" "Who's rough? Who's tough? Who's huge?" Underbite said as he started crushing the truck. "No!" Bumblebee yelled, only to gasp in shock. Feeling a hand on his shoulder, Underbite looked to see the one and only Optimus Prime. As they stared at Optimus, Kaitlynn felt a strong connection to the Prime, like she knew him from somewhere. Optimus then threw Underbite over the ledge, sending him crashing below. "Ow..." "Dad?" Russell asked. Optimus turned and set the truck down, letting Denny out. "Optimus! You are alive!...Are you alive?" "That is unclear. But I do know that I cannot maintain my presence on Earth for much longer." "Why do I feel like I know you?" "Kaitlynn!" All eyes suddenly looked to the adult female human emerging from the trees. She stared back at them in disbelief. "Rachel..." Optimus said, kneeling down and lifting her upto his faceplate. Tears soon appeared on her mother's face as she pressed her forehead against his. "What the scrap took you so long?" "Hey Rachel... You've changed since last time we saw each other." Bee said. "It's been a long time, Bee. God, I've missed you guys." Optimus then looked back at them. "You have found an excellent team." "We, uh...We found each other, actually." "Together, you will confront many challenges. The forces facing Earth are immense and formidable. But I am certain you will accomplish great things, as you did today." "But we needed your help, Optimus. We'll always need your help." "You are ready to lead, Bumblebee. Do not doubt yourself." "Will I see you again?" "I am not certain. The universe has a plan for me, but I do not know what it is. You will prevail, Bumblebee. You must." With that Optimus vanished. Hours later, they secured Underbite in a stasis cell. "Are you sure you don't mind us moving our command center onto your property?" Bumblebee asked."Our place is a better hideout for you than the woods." Denny said. "And I can help you keep your cover...um, if, you know, I'm not doing anything else." Russell added. "And mom and me are staying too, since you and her have some catching up to do." Kaitlynn said. "You're not gonna make me go back to sleep, are you?" Grimlock asked. "Protocol 13, Section 9 says prisoners must be-" "Consider yourself on probation." Grimlock cheered. "I-We won't let you down, Optimus. And if I say it enough, maybe I'll actually believe it." Bee said. "Bee, no matter what, we're sticking with you." Rachel said. Bee smiled. No matter what he had a new team, a new family there with him.
