POV ~ Oliver
He kissed me. Me! My heart did a few flips and hugged itself. I had no choice- I kissed back. After about 20 seconds, he pulled away and we were both panting. I looked him in the eyes. "I love you.." He looked at me as if he were going to cry. "I LOVE YOU TOO!" He finally let it out and cried. I hugged him tightly as he cried. Why was he crying? I suddenly felt tired and passed out.
~Time Skip- 4 Hours~I woke up, hooked up to the same oxygen machine I was hooked up to over 9 hours before. I looked around. I didn't see Justin. I felt a sudden wave of panic. "Justin? JUSTIN!?" I called. A nurse ran in. She held my shoulders to keep me from sitting up.
"Mr. Di Angelo please relax! If you cause stress to yourself, it will take longer to recover!" I calmed down and started crying. The nurse ran out of the room. I heard her talking, mostly screaming, at someone. Then, Justin ran in. I looked at him, tears streaming down my cheeks. He sat next to me and held me close as I cried into his shoulder. "Why did you leave me alone.." I asked. "I was scared!" He played with my hair.
"I'm sorry. After you passed out I got scared... so I told the nurse to check on you." He wiped the tears from my eyes. "You stopped breathing. The nurses said you would be lucky enough to actually wake up."
I hugged Justin tightly. "You're my hero."
"You're my brave soldier." He whispered.
His brave solier.
Only his.
