Second Person POV
You and Yoongi had been dating for a while now. The both of you were very happy in your relationship and were excited about the upcoming event: your one year anniversary. You had no clue what to expect as all Yoongi had told you was to be at his house around seven in the evening to celebrate the occasion.
Y/n's POV
You were in your room getting ready. You had no clue what to wear and you had left it way too late to be too picky about the outfit at this point. It was six thirty and you were supposed to be at Yoongi's in half an hour and it took you twenty minuets to get there. You were on a very tight schedule. You threw some things out of your wardrobe before finding an outfit you thought was good enough for the evening, obviously you wanted it to be perfect but you didn't have the time for perfect anymore.
You hurried over to Yoongi's house and managed to knock on the door as soon as the clock hit seven. He opened the door and looked at you with an expression you couldn't quite gauge. You could definately see adoration in it but there was an undertone of something you couldn't quite figure out. You decided to dismiss it and walk into the apartment.
"You look adorable, Y/n." You blushed lightly at the comment.
"Thank you. You look amazing too." He smiled at you before turning back into the apartment.
He told you to sit back, relax and do nothing. Usually, you would be amaking at all of those things but you felt bad about not being able to help him with anything for the evening. You wanted him to be able to relax and have fun as well.
After around twenty minuets he came out of the kitchen with a bunch of food and layed it down on the table. It made you feel even worse about not doing anything.
"Come sit at the table, sweetie."
"Okay~"
You walked over and sat down st the table. Apparently your feelings were pretty obvious because Yoongi seemed to pick up on something not being right with you. Either they were obvious or he was being incredibly intuitive, like he always was.
"Y/n, is something wrong? You seem a bit off. Did I do something wrong?"
"No no no! You didn't do anything wrong! I just feel kinda bad that I didn't help out with this evening and you did all the work."
"You don't need to feel bad for that! I just wanted to make everything perfect for you because, well..."
He pulled out a smallish box wrapped up in pastel pink wrapping paper with a small rose gold bow on the top.
"I was gonna wait until after dinner to give this to you but I feel like you need the reassurance now."
"What do you mean?"
"Just open it."
You gently tore the tape away from the paper, unsealing it. You pulled out a navy blue box from the paper and gently took the lid off the top. Inside was a set of keys. Your hands shook in realisation of what this meant and your mouth dropped open.
"Does this mean what I think it does?"
"Move in with me?" He smiled through his words.
"Yes! Of course I will! I love you so much! Oh my God!"
You abruptly stood up from the table and smothered Yoongi in hugs and kisses, straddling his lap in the process. He smiled up at you in the most adorable way, obviously incredibly happy with your reaction.
"So, can we eat dinner now?"
You laughed at him whilst nodding your head.
